The invention provides an elastomeric composition based on at least an isoprene elastomer, a reinforcing inorganic filler and, as (inorganic filler/isoprene elastomer) coupling agent, a citraconimido-alkoxysilane, in particular an N-[((C-C)alkyl-(C-C)alkoxysilyl)]-citraconimide.
