A heat conductor and a heated media line having an inner tubular fluid line and at least one heat conductor arranged on the periphery thereof. The heat conductor is formed by a braid made of twisted individual wires and, in particular, an outer protective sheath surrounding the heat conductor and the fluid line. The braid is formed by at least six individual wires surrounding a support element, of which at least one individual wire is made of a copper-nickel (CuNi) alloy, and the remaining individual wires are produced from copper (Cu) or from a nickel-chromium (NiCr) alloy. All of the individual wires have the same diameter.

Heated media line

A line connector for a fluid and a ready-made medial line including the line connector. The line connector includes a connecting piece with a flow-through channel in the interior thereof and extending in a longitudinal direction of the connecting piece. The connecting piece has at each of its two ends a coupling section that is designed such that a flexible media line or a tubing or an aggregate can be connected to an aggregate connector. The flow-through channel is provided with an electrical heating unit. In the region of the flow-through channel, between the connecting sections, a circumferential enclosed receiving housing is formed on the coupling piece and in which an optical sensor unit is disposed for measuring characteristics of the fluid flowing in the flow-through channel. The ready-made media line includes the line connector and a tubular media line connected on one or both ends thereof.

Line connector with integrated sensor for measurement of urea solutions

A multipart heatable media line including at least two sub-media lines, at least one heating element for heating the sub-media lines, at least one line connection device with connection sections for connecting to the sub-media lines, and at least one measuring device. The line connection device has at least one medium channel for conducting the medium through the line connection device from one connection section to the at least one other connection section, and the measuring device including at least one sensor element and is received in a line connection device receiving opening which is designed as a coupling portion. The measuring device includes at least one housing which is designed as a plug connector and which at least partly receives the at least one sensor element, and the at least one heating element of the at least one sub-media line extends in the region of the coupling portion for receiving the measuring device in order to heat the line connection device in the arrangement region of the measuring device.

Heatable line connection device and method for producing such a connection

A line connector for a fluid, in particular a urea solution, including a connecting piece with an interior flow-through channel extending in the longitudinal direction of the connecting piece. The connecting piece includes at each of its two ends a coupling section designed such that a flexible media line or a tubing or an aggregate can be connected to an aggregate connector. The flow-through channel is also provided with an electrical heating unit. In the region of the flow-through channel, between the connecting sections, an enclosed perimeter receiving housing is formed on the coupling piece, in which an optical sensor unit is disposed for measuring of properties of the fluid flowing in the flow-through channel. A ready-made media line, including a tubular or hose-like media line and a line connector connected on one or both sides to this media line is also disclosed.
