The present invention relates to a method for producing a wiper blade element () for a wiper blade and/or a wiper blade having a wiper blade element (), in particular for a windscreen wiper. In order to provide simple and economical wiper blade elements and wiper blades having excellent properties, in particular having high wiping quality, high abrasion resistance, a high degree of friction reduction and miming noise reduction and a long service life, in said method a particle layer () is applied to an elastomer substrate (), the elastomer substrate () is vulcanised with the particle layer () deposited thereon, and, after vulcanisation, a friction-reducing material () is applied to the particle layer (). The invention further relates to a wiper blade element and wiper blade produced in such a way.

Method for producing a wiper blade element comprising a composite layer made of a particle layer and a friction-reducing material

A wiper blade (), in particular for a motor vehicle, includes a wiper strip () that is held between a first spring rail portion () and a second spring rail portion () by a fastening portion (), and includes a substantially triangular lip portion (). A cavity portion () is provided between the fastening portion () and the lip portion (), at the lower wall () of which cavity portion, on the side facing the lip portion (), at least one guide shoulder () for guiding the lip portion () is arranged.

Wiper blade, in particular for a motor vehicle

A wiper blade apparatus with at least one spring strip having at least one wiper strip unit, which comprises at least one wiper lip and at least one wiper base body, which bounds at least one recess to a receptacle of the at least one spring strip and at least one damping cavity that is separate from the recess, and having at least one wind deflector unit, which at least partially overlaps with the wiper base body of the wiper strip unit and which comprises at least two guide bars, which extends to both sides of the wiper base body. It is proposed that the wiper strip unit comprise at least one resilient support elements arranged on the wiper base body and supported between the wiper base body and at least one of the guide bars.

Wiper blade apparatus

A wiper blade (), in particular for a motor vehicle, is proposed with a wiping strip () mounted between a first spring bar portion () and a second spring bar portion () by a fastening portion () and having a substantially triangular lip portion (). The invention relates to a wiper blade () of flat bar design composed of a wiper strip () comprising a wiper lip () connected to a head strip () via a tilting web (), at least one pre-bent, elastic spring rail () acting as a supporting element, a connecting element () and a spoiler () having a flowing profile () and a holding profile (), wherein the spoiler () includes in the flowing profile () thereof at least one longitudinal channel () with a spring rail (), and the holding profile () thereof has at the longitudinal sides thereof free branches () opposite each other, directed inward, engaging into respective longitudinal grooves () of the head strip (). According to the invention, the head strip () is free of spring rails, and in particular no spring rail () will contact the head strip ().

Wiper blade of flat bar design

The invention relates to a wiper blade () designed as a flat bar with a wiper strip () which is held by a spring-elastic strip support element () that is pre-curved in a concave manner with respect to a wiper lip () of the wiper strip (). One or more spoiler parts () are attached to the support element () face facing away from the wiper lip () by means of guiding profiles () which cover the support element () from the outer longitudinal faces and project to a certain extent with respect to the outflow side () of the spoiler part () and which form a groove () with said outflow side. A connecting element () is fixed in the central region of the wiper blade () for connecting a wiper arm in an articulated manner. According to the invention, the guiding profile () on the outflow side () has a guiding ridge () on the guiding profile longitudinal face pointing outwards.

The invention relates to a connecting device () for the articulate connection of a wiper arm to a wiper blade () according to a side-lock principle, comprising a connecting element () that is fastened to the wiper arm and that runs laterally in relation to a connection element () fastened on the wiper blade () and that carries a bearing element () forming a pivot bearing with a bearing element () on the connection element (), said pivot bearing running transversely to the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade (), wherein a locking device () secures the bearing elements () during pivoting into an operational position in the direction of the pivot axis relative to each other. According to the invention, a coding device () is provided between the connecting element () and the connection element () that allows pivoting of the wiper blade () into the operational position only if the wiper blade () is intended for operation with the associated wiper arm.

Connecting device for the articulate connection of a wiper arm to a wiper blade according to a side-lock principle

The invention is based on a wiper blade () with a supporting element () which has two interconnected spring rails (), and with a wiper strip () which is received by the spring rails () in a manner allowing it to be exchanged. It is proposed that one end of the wiper strip () is connected fixedly to a thickened portion () by means of which the wiper strip () can be fixed relative to the supporting element ().

Wiper blade with a supporting element

A wiper blade () consisting of a rubber profiled element () comprising a wiper lip () and at least one carrier element () that can be connected to a wiper arm () by means of a fixing element () and a connection element (). The fixing element () comprises a covering cap () and the connection element () fixed to the wiper arm () secures the wiper blade () perpendicularly to a pivoting axis () by means of a clip (), on the end () thereof at an angle to the wiper blade. According to the invention, the covering cap () comprises an opening () or recess for the angular end () of the clip (), on the side of the cap opposing the rubber profiled element (), in the region of the connection element (), said opening only partially overlapping the covering cap () in the mounted position.

The invention relates to a connecting device () for a wiper arm () and a wiper blade (). Said wiper blade comprises a first connecting part () on the wiper blade end and a second connecting part () on the wiper arm end, both parts being juxtaposed in the operational position and being connected to each other via a hinge element () so that they can be swiveled about a hinge axis. Securing means () are provided so that the first and second connecting part () engage with each other. The invention is characterized in that the first connecting part () has a recess () for accommodating the securing means () in which a longitudinal, shaped portion () is provided which is parallel to the hinge axis. The invention also relates to a flat bar wiper blade () which comprises a first connecting part () for fastening the flat bar wiper blade () to a wiper arm (). The connecting part () comprises a counter-hinge element () so that the flat bar wiper blade () can be connected to the wiper arm () so that it can be swiveled about a hinge axis. Said flat bar wiper blade is characterized in that a recess () for accommodating a securing means () is provided in which a longitudinal, shaped portion () is provided which is parallel to the hinge axis.

Connecting device for a wiper arm

The invention relates to a wiper blade () consisting of a rubber profiled element () comprising a wiper lip () and at least one carrier element () that can be connected to a wiper arm () by means of a fixing element () and a connection element (). The fixing element () comprises a covering cap () and the connection element () fixed to the wiper arm () secures the wiper blade () perpendicularly to a pivoting axis () by means of a clip (), on the end () thereof at an angle to the wiper blade. According to the invention, the covering cap () comprises an opening () or recess for the angular end () of the clip (), on the side of the cap opposing the rubber profiled element (), in the region of the connection element (), said opening only partially overlapping the covering cap () in the mounted position.

The invention relates to an arrangement for the detachable connection of a wiper blade on a swivelable wiper arm of a wiper arrangement for windows of motor vehicles, with a bushing that can be connected to the wiper blade or arranged on it for accommodating a plug-in axis of the wiper arm and with a device to lock the plug-in axis in the bushing at least in an operating position of the wiper blade, in which the directions of the longitudinal extension of the wiper blade and the wiper arm are aligned approximately parallel to one another. It is provided that the device for locking includes a catch hook () arranged on the wiper blade (), which in the operating position partially grips around the wiper arm () near the plug-in axis () and forms an angular limit stop for the wiper blade ().

Connector arrangement for a wiper device on motor vehicle windscreens

The invention is based on a wiper blade () having a wiper strip () and a support element () at whose ends endcaps () are guided, said endcaps () at their end sides () facing the ends of the wiper blade () extending as far as a wiper lip () via the support element (), wherein at least one endcap () has a lid () which is connected to the endcap () so as to be capable of pivoting about an articulation axis () transversely with respect to the wiper blade () and has a gudgeon () on its side facing the head strip (), which gudgeon () penetrates the head strip () when the lid () is closed. It is proposed that the tip of the gudgeon () be secured by parts of the endcap () or of the lid () against contact both in the opened state of the lid () and in the closed state.

The invention relates to a windscreen wiper arm () comprising a wiper bar (), to which a wiper blade () can be attached with or without a spoiler.
