A spring bridge (), for a spring bridge breathing bag plate system () of a closed-circuit respirator (), includes a spring bridge carrier () for the arrangement of at least one spring element () of a spring bridge breathing bag plate system () and at least one fastening element () for holding the spring bridge () at the closed-circuit respirator (). The at least one fastening element () is a rotating element and/or a sliding element for the rotatable and/or sliding movement of the spring bridge carrier () at and relative to the closed-circuit respirator (). A spring bridge breathing bag plate system () is provided for a closed-circuit respirator () as well as for a closed-circuit respirator ().

A breathing bag () for a closed-circuit respirator () has a bag component (), which encloses an inner volume (). The bag component () can reversibly assume at least one unfolded state () and a folded-in state (). The bag component () encloses a larger inner volume () in the unfolded state () than in the folded-in state (). Moreover, a closed-circuit respirator () is provided, having at least one counter-lung, a filter device, an oxygen source as well as a housing. The counter-lung, the filter device and the oxygen source are arranged in the housing.

A respirator directional valve () includes a valve housing (), a plurality of valve flaps (-), which can be moved by a gas stream or by a flowing medium and are arranged at the edge, and a number of support surfaces (-) as a valve seat. A number of support surfaces (-) corresponds to a number of valve flaps (-). Each valve flap (-) is adapted to a surface of a respective support surface (-). The support surfaces (-) are sloped in relation to a cross-sectional surface through the valve housing (). The support surfaces (-) together form a tip pointing in the flow direction of the respirator directional valve (). A method for manufacturing such a respirator directional valve () is provided including method features relating to the use of such a respirator directional valve ().

Directional valve, especially for breathing gases, and method for manufacturing same

A breathing bag () has a tray section () and a bag section (). The tray section () and the bag section enclose an inner volume () of variable size, the bag section dipping at least partially into the tray section to reduce the size of the inner volume. A system () includes the breathing bag, for a closed-circuit respirator (), with a dispensing valve unit () having a dispensing valve () providing a quantity of gas in a breathing circuit. An actuating unit () is functionally connected mechanically to the dispensing valve for actuating the dispensing valve. A lever component () is functionally connected mechanically to the actuating unit for activating the actuating unit. A closed-circuit respirator has the system including the breathing bag and the dispensing valve unit. A process is provided for mounting the system, including breathing bag and dispensing valve unit, in the closed-circuit respirator.

Two holding elements () are each provided with a recess (&#x2032;) and are formed at the free ends of the tightening strap (). A closing element () is formed in a U-shaped pattern with two legs () and meshes with each recess (&#x2032;) of the holding elements (&#x2032;). The legs () of the closing element () can be pulled out of the recess (&#x2032;) of the holding elements (&#x2032;) to take off the tightening strap ().
