A valve includes: a drive; a plunger connected to the drive; and two closing bodies connected to the plunger and movable by the plunger such that the two closing bodies are movable into abutment against respective sealing seats or away from the respective sealing seats. The two closing bodies are arranged fixedly on a sleeve, and the sleeve is slidable onto the plunger and connected fixedly to the plunger.

Valve

A valve for opening up or closing off a flow path includes: a valve disk; a valve tappet having: a central axis, a first end region adjacent to the valve disk, and a second end region facing away from the valve disk; and a transmission device configured to transmit a rotational movement into a translational movement. The transmission device includes: a toothed segment, and a rocker lever mounted so as to be rotatable, about a rocker lever axis of rotation, by a drive plate via the toothed segment. The rocker lever is connected to the valve tappet by pushrods, the pushrods being mounted rotatably in relation to the rocker lever and the valve tappet.

A valve for opening or closing a flow section has: a valve disk, a valve plunger and a transmission for converting rotary motion into translational motion. The transmission has a rocker arm mounted to rotate about an axis of relation, the rocker arm is linked to the valve plunger by connecting rods, and the connecting rods are mounted to rotate relative to the rocker arm and the valve plunger. A restoring device generates a force component to counteract a movement of the valve plunger transmitted to the valve plunger by the rocker arm and the connecting rods.

A linear actuator for driving an actuating member of an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle, the linear actuator having two rolling bearings for scanning mutually opposing sides of a rib that is formed as a guide curve. The rib has a variable width, against which the two sensing bodies are biased to reduce or eliminate undesired reaction forces.

A linear actuator for driving an actuating element of an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle has two scanning elements for scanning opposite sides of a guide cam. The guide cam has a protruding rib against which the two scanning elements are pre-tensioned to permit a play-free scan of the guide cam.

A valve device has a housing, and a flow channel running in the housing, in which a valve flap is fastened on a shaft arranged perpendicularly to the flow direction. The shaft is rotatably mounted in housing. The bearing formed as a loose bearing is surrounded by a spring retainer, the base of which lies on a bearing bush of the loose bearing and has a jacket surface with a radial wavy shape.

Valve device

A mixing valve of an exhaust-gas recirculation device of an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle includes an intake flap and an exhaust-gas flap coupled rigidly to one another via a coupling rod. During driving of the exhaust-gas flap, the intake flap is first pivoted in the opposite direction via the coupling rod. The exhaust-gas flap and intake flap are pivoted in the same direction only above a provided pivoting angle.

Mixing valve of an internal combustion engine

A valve unit, having a housing, a flap, which is rotatably arranged in the housing and connected to a flap shaft supported in the housing, an electric motor for driving the flap shaft, and a transmission arranged between the electric motor and the flap shaft. A coupling, which consists of a flap-side component, an intermediate piece, and a transmission-side component is arranged between the flap shaft and a shaft of the transmission. At least one of the three coupling parts has at least two first holes of a same radial orientation. At least two second holes are arranged perpendicular to the first holes. Molded elements of an adjacent component of the coupling engage in the holes and the holes have a greater extension with respect to the radial orientation of the holes than the molded elements that engage in the holes.

The combination valve comprises a tubular center part, a gas inlet which is arranged on the outer shell of the tubular center part, a gas outlet A which is arranged adjacent to the gas inlet on the outer shell of the tubular center part, a first branch which is arranged opposite the gas outlet on the outer shell of the tubular center part, and a second branch which is arranged opposite the gas inlet on the outer shell of the tubular center part. The first branch is connected to the second branch via a cooler. A rotary slide is mounted centrally in the tubular center part such that it can rotate about the longitudinal axis of the tubular centre part. Depending on the operating state, the rotary slide shuts off at least partially the gas inlet, the gas outlet, the first branch and the second branch.

Combination valve

Methods and apparatus for setting various terminations of a memory chip. The memory chip includes a terminal, a termination circuit that can be connected to the terminal in order to terminate the terminal with a settable resistance value, a control command port for receiving a control command signal, and a control circuit that is connected to the termination circuit in order to set a resistance value as a function of a received control command signal.

A delay locked loop includes a first delay device for obtaining a fine setting and a downstream-connected second delay device for obtaining a coarse setting of the delay time. The control signals for controlling the respective delay devices are provided by synchronization latches, which receive a clock obtained by the output signal of the first delay device for obtaining the fine setting. The delay locked loop enables a linear operating behavior at a high operating frequency and is particularly suitable when a differential embodiment of the two delay devices is used.

A method is provided for adapting the phase relationship between a clock signal and a strobe signal for accepting write data to be transmitted into a memory circuit, a write command signal being transmitted to the memory circuit in a manner synchronized with the clock signal, a write data signal being transmitted synchronously with the strobe signal, a phase offset between the transmitted clock signal and the transmitted strobe signal being set such that the write data are reliably accepted in the memory circuit. The method comprises the following acts performed in the memory circuit: generating a write acceptance signal depending on the clock signal and the write command signal with a specific pulse duration; determining the number of edges of the strobe signal with a defined edge direction during the pulse duration; comparing the number determined with a predetermined desired number of corresponding edges of the strobe signal; and providing an item of error information indicating whether the number determined matches the desired number.

Semiconductor memory and method for adapting the phase relationship between a clock signal and strobe signal during the acceptance of write data to be transmitted

A device for definition of the waiting time which should pass in a clock-controlled memory circuit after the start of a specific operation until a subsequent operation may be started. The device includes a digital timer which is arranged in the memory circuit, is switched on when the specific operation is initiated and allows the subsequent operation to be started after a defined time period has elapsed. The digital timer, after it is switched on, counts periodic counting pulses which are derived from the clock signal, in order to signal the end of the waiting time as soon as it has counted a desired number of these pulses. A waiting time adjustment apparatus is provided and is accessible via external connections of the memory circuit in order to set the desired number of counting pulses.

The invention relates to a method for controlling write access to a semiconductor memory, particularly a DDR graphics memory, in which a multiplicity of data packets are written to the semiconductor memory per data burst, in which write access is initiated by a write command and the data packets which are to be written to the memory are latched under the control of a cycle of a data strobe write clock control signal, where the data packets are latched by alternately using a respective falling and rising edge of the data strobe write clock control signal, and where the data strobe write clock control signal has a defined state at the start of the write operation. The invention also relates to a circuit arrangement for carrying out the method.

Method and circuit arrangement for controlling write access to a semiconductor memory

Data transfer is effected on an internal and/or on an external transfer path with or in a semiconductor component, such as a semiconductor memory. A first multiplexer/demultiplexer codes a data sequence by defining a current level and a voltage level for a data signal. The coded sequence is then transferred on the transfer path synchronously with a clock signal and is decoded in a second multiplexer/demultiplexer by evaluation of the received current level and of the received voltage level. From this, the transferred data sequence is determined.
