A device for supplying a plurality of LED units with power includes a common DC/DC converter which delivers a regulated output voltage and to which a plurality of sections are connected, each having a buck converter and an LED unit connected thereto, and means for regulating or setting the section currents to be supplied to the LED units. In order to simplify the device, the means for regulating or setting the section currents are formed by a central, common processor, which is supplied with actual values in keeping with the individual section currents and connected to corresponding control inputs of the respective buck converters for applying control values calculated on the basis of the actual values.

Device for supplying a plurality of LED units with power

A converter device including a voltage converter and means for supplying different currents and/or voltages for at least two different loads, e.g. LEDs or LED groups, wherein the voltage converter provided is a primary converter with resonant circuit, which outputs a variable voltage at an output, said voltage encompassing voltages of from &#x3c;0V to at least the highest voltage required in the converter device for current outputting, and wherein the means for supplying different currents and/or voltages are formed by at least two secondary converters having output storage units and switching means for the controlled connection of their output storage units to the output of the primary converter.

Converter device

A filter device () for filtering high-frequency interferences, such as due to switching flanks of a DC converter, has a current path () between an input () and an output (), and an inductor (L) in the current path (), wherein the inductor (L) is disposed in the current path () as a first component and is connected to the input (), and wherein a reverse polarity protective diode (D) is disposed in series with the inductor (L) downstream thereto.

Filter device

In order to activate a control element () of a drive apparatus () for driving an object that can be moved between two end positions, the control element having a response delay (&#x394;t) a parameter (F) influenced by the drive apparatus () is monitored and compared with a specified threshold (F), upon the achievement of which a control signal is output to the control element (); a pre-threshold (F) to be achieved before the achievement of the threshold (F) is defined, upon the achievement of which pre-threshold a pre-control signal is output to the control element () for the preparatory activation thereof, and afterwards further monitoring for the achievement of the actual threshold (F) is performed, wherein upon achievement of the actual threshold (F), the control element activation is retained, whereas if the actual threshold (F) is not achieved, the control element activation is rescinded.

A device for determining the actual reversal of the direction of rotation of a rotational drive continuing to operate after previous switching of the direction of rotation, in particular for window lifting systems or sliding roof drives in a motor vehicle, has a sensor wheel () with a coding structure () configured asymmetrically in respect of distribution along the periphery of the sensor wheel (); a single detector (), which generates a rotor speed-dependent pulse signal during rotation of the sensor wheel () by scanning the coding structure (); and an evaluation unit (), to which the pulse signal is fed and which determines the actual reversal of the direction of rotation by evaluating the pulse edges; wherein the coding structure () is formed by coding sectors () of a first sector width () and a reference coding sector pair () with a second sector width ().
