A system and method for filling liquid products into bottles are described. The system comprises a machine block with a blow-molding machine for providing a flow of bottles, with a labeler for labeling the flow of bottles, with a first and second transport stretch, each comprising a filler for filling the bottles, and with a distribution unit dividing the labeled flow of bottles to the transport stretches when the transport is fully populated at all circulating labeling positions of the labeler and all circulating filling positions of the fillers. The filling system comprises outflow conveyors downstream of the fillers, with a combining device for combining the transport stretches to form a common outflow for the flow of bottles, thereby reducing the transport speed during filling and subsequent handling of the bottles, as well as problems due to the product in the bottles spilling over during the closure process.

The pre-pressurization pressure that is present in the treatment chamber is at least in part relieved into the rinsing gas channel.

Method and device for filling a container to be filled with a filling product

A blowing mold array includes a blowing mold unit forming a cavity, inside of which plastic preforms are expanded to plastic containers. The blow mold unit includes a blowing mold retainer having at least two mold retainer elements for accommodating parts of the blowing mold unit, and a locking mechanism to arrest at least one part of the blowing mold unit against at least one mold retainer element. A production system for producing and/or filling containers, including beverage bottles, includes modular processing units. Each of the modular processing units includes a stationary operating module configured to produce or process the containers and handling devices. The handling devices are configured to handle the containers between a container entry of the processing unit and a container exit of the processing unit and to position the containers in the operating module.
