A gear pump having a drive shaft and at least two gear wheel pairs which each include a drive gear wheel and a driven gear wheel. The two gear wheels of a gear wheel pair are in meshing engagement with one another, and the drive gear wheels are arranged on the drive shaft and in torque-transmissive engagement with the drive shaft. The gear pump has a freely rotatably mounted shaft on which the driven gear wheels of the gear wheel pair are arranged in torque-transmissive engagement, wherein the driven gear wheels are mounted on the freely rotatably mounted shaft by means of a clearance fit.

A hydraulic assembly with a lubricant output, a control output and a pump which can supply a hydraulic fluid flow to the lubricant output and the control output. A switching valve with structurally predefined hysteresis is arranged between a pump output and the control output of the hydraulic assembly. Depending on the pressure in the branch between the pump output and the control output, the valve can be switched between an open position in which the control output is connected to the pump output, and a blocking position in which the control output is blocked off. The switching valve switches from the open position to the blocking position when the pressure provided by the pump exceeds an upper switching threshold, and returns from the blocking position to the open position when the pressure provided by the pump falls below a lower switching threshold. A clutch can be switched by means of such a hydraulic assembly, and a method for actuating the clutch.

A pump unit for clutch actuation, having a high-pressure port for clutch actuation, a low-pressure port for a lubricant flow, a single drive motor and a dual pump, which is driven by the drive motor and has a high-pressure outlet, which is connected to the high-pressure port with a high-pressure line, and a low-pressure outlet, which is connected to the low-pressure port with a low-pressure line, wherein a prefilling line which leads from the low-pressure line to the high-pressure line is provided.

A piston arrangement for master and/or slave cylinders of a hydraulic actuating device for clutch and/or brake systems on motor vehicles is disclosed. An insert is inserted into a recess of the piston up to a first stop, the insert having a ball seat and an expandable insertion sleeve which is undercut with respect to the ball seat and protrudes with its expandable region. A ram is pushed into the sleeve with its ball end until it snaps into the ball seat. As the ram is further pressed axially, the insert slides over the first stop, is firmly pressed into a narrow hole section of the recess and strikes a second stop at the inner end of the recess. The insertion sleeve is then tightly enclosed by the piston wall and can no longer expand even in the event of very high pull-out forces, i.e. cannot release the ball end of the ram.

Piston arrangement of a hydraulic actuating device on motor vehicles

A hydraulic piston-and-cylinder arrangement has a piston to which a signal element is assigned and which is accepted movably in a longitudinal direction in a cylinder housing, at which a position sensor is secured, by means of which an axial position of the signal element and therefore of the piston in the cylinder housing can be sensed. The signal element is fitted to the piston by means of a holding cap. As a result, a hydraulic piston-and-cylinder arrangement with a device for sensing the piston position is created, in which the signal element of the sensing device, which signal element operates in conjunction with the position sensor on the cylinder housing, can be fixed in a simple manner on the piston, which also permits a sizing of the signal element largely independent of the piston geometry.
