An electric motor vehicle auxiliary unit includes a housing which is at least partly electrically conductive. An electric drive motor having stator-side motor coils, a unit mechanism which is driven by the electric drive motor, and a motor electronics circuit board are each arranged within the housing. The motor electronics circuit board includes motor electronics having control and power electronics which control the electric drive motor, and at least one housing ground connection which is electrically conductively connected directly to the housing via a housing ground element. A punch comb arrangement has at least two plug pins. A plug connection connects the motor electronics circuit board to an engine control unit. The plug connection is electrically connected to the motor electronics circuit board via the punch comb arrangement. The housing ground element is designed as a plug pin of the at least two plug pins of the punch comb arrangement.

An electric fluid pump for a motor vehicle includes an electric drive motor which is brushless and electronically commutated. The electric drive motor includes a permanent-magnetic motor rotor having a motor shaft and at least two rotor poles, each of the at least two rotor poles having one permanent magnet embedded therein, a plurality of stator-side magnetic coils, at least two sensor magnets each emitting an axial magnetic field and each having polarities, and at least one Hall sensor which is arranged to lie eccentrically in a transverse plane so that the at least one Hall sensor detects the axial magnetic fields of the at least two sensor magnets. The at least two sensor magnets are magnetized diametrically. The at least one Hall sensor is arranged to detect the polarities of each of the at least two sensor magnets during one revolution of the permanent-magnetic motor rotor.

An electronically commutated electric motor includes a stator with stator coil(s), a magnetized rotor which rotates relative to the stator, the magnetized rotor having at least two opposite magnet poles which generate an excitation field, a static magnetic field sensor which detects the excitation field and generates a sensor signal having signal edges, a full-wave signal period, and half-wave lengths of an N- and an S-signal level, a motor energizing device which drives the stator coil(s) and generates a revolving stator field when triggered by a trigger signal, a memory unit which saves parameter values, and an evaluation unit which generates the trigger signal via a shift compensation of an asymmetric shift of the signal edges of the sensor signal. The shift compensation is calculated based on a position of a received sensor signal edge, the full-wave signal period, and the half-wave lengths of the sensor signal.
