An axial flux machine and a method for installing an axial flux machine has at least two active parts in a motor housing, of which active parts a first active part is configured as a rotor having a number of permanent magnets and a second active part is configured as a stator having a number of electrical windings, wherein the rotor and the stator are arranged adjacent to each other and in a rotation-proof manner, in a transport configuration in a space-saving package, in particular a stack, formed by the magnetic attractive forces of the permanent magnets.

Method for installing an axial flux machine

An axial-flow machine has a dimensionally stable assembly, a machine shaft, a rotor fastened on the machine shaft and provided with a rotor hub, permanent magnets disposed circularly around the machine shaft, an adhesive and a brace, which is disposed on the outer circumference of the rotor and encircles it in closed manner and which urges the permanent magnets with a radially inwardly directed tension force, and stators disposed on both sides of the rotor. The permanent magnets are seated on the rotor hub via first adhesive joints equipped with adhesive and adjoin one another via second adhesive joints equipped with adhesive, wherein the permanent magnets, the rotor hub, the brace and the adhesive form the dimensionally stable assembly, the radial and axial dimensional stability of which is determined substantially by the radial tension force of the brace on the permanent magnets.

Axial-flow machine having a dimensionally stable assembly

A pump arrangement includes an axial-flow machine and a drive to convey fluid mounted in a housing. The axial-flow machine is formed by at least one first rotor having permanent magnets, a shaft connected to the first rotor and a stator arrangement with stator teeth distributed concentrically around the shaft axis circumferentially and axially separated from the first rotor by an air gap. The stator teeth have axially-opposite end portions and a tooth core therebetween wound with at least one coil winding. The second end portion, turned away from the first rotor, of each stator tooth forms a tooth root joined to a back plate. The first rotor is an eccentric disk and on the side away from the stator arrangement has an eccentric cam, radially spaced from the shaft axis, and rotatably and torque-transmittingly connected to the drive. An axial-flow machine and a compressor includes the pump arrangement.

An axial flux motor is disclosed, with at least one rotor, with at least one stator that has a stator yoke and at least one stator tooth made of a soft magnetic powdered material, which stator tooth has a tooth neck and a tooth head that adjoins the tooth neck and constitutes the pole face of the stator tooth, and with a fastening means that comprises at least one mechanical connecting element, which connecting element fastens the stator tooth to the axial flux motor. In order to embody this in a durable way, it is proposed for the stator tooth to have a fastening opening, which, starting from the pole face of the stator tooth, passes through its tooth head and tooth neck, with the mechanical connecting element being accommodated in the fastening opening in countersunk fashion relative to the pole face.

Axial flux motor

A stator arrangement for an axial-flow machine includes a stator having stator teeth circumferentially distributed concentrically and axially separated from a rotor by an air gap. The stator teeth have two axially-opposite end portions and a tooth core therebetween. Each tooth core is wound with at least one coil winding. The first end portion facing the rotor forms a tooth tip having a tip cross-sectional area larger than the core cross-sectional area. The second end portion, turned away from the rotor, forms a tooth root, having a root cross-sectional area, which is joined to a reflux plate. The tooth tip of each stator tooth as well as the reflux plate respectively has at least one recess for at least one tooth securing device, and each stator tooth is securely joined by the at least one tooth securing device to the reflex plate in at least axial direction.

Stator arrangement for an axial-flow machine

A disc rotor motor is demonstrated, having at least one stator that has at least one electrical stator winding and stator teeth, which have a tooth neck composed of a soft magnetic powder composite, and having at least one disc-shaped rotor, which has permanent magnetic poles composed exclusively of ferrite magnets at least for producing torque, with the rotor and stator oriented parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other by an axial gap. In order to find an optimum between costs, weight, and overall size as well as power and torque density, the invention proposes that the stator teeth each end in a tooth end that adjoins their tooth neck and is composed of a soft magnetic powdered composite, which tooth end widens out in its cross-sectional area in comparison to the tooth neck.

Disc rotor motor

An arrangement has at least one electrical winding having a one-part or multi-part component produced from a soft-magnetic powder composite material, which component conducts an electromagnetic flow of the winding, at least in certain regions, and has a recess provided in the region of this flow conduction, and having a one-part or multi-part, particularly metallic connector part, which has a greater mechanical strength and/or electrical conductivity and/or thermal conductivity as compared to the component, and projects into the recess of the component. In order to achieve particular thermal, mechanical and/or electrical properties, the recess penetrates the component in the region of its flow conduction, and the connector part that projects through this recess forms a mechanical, electrical and/or thermal bridge that bridges the component.

Gear system

The invention relates to a rolling tool () for producing crowned teeth on a gear () using a transverse rolling process, in particular for compressing the teeth of the gear () at least in some areas, comprising a tool body () which has tool teeth () projecting radially outward for meshing with the teeth of the gear () to be rolled, wherein at least some areas of the tool teeth () are concave in the axial direction in the area of the tooth flanks.

Rolling tool, apparatus and method for the production of crowned teeth, and gear

A sintered gearwheel is described having teeth () which, in the flank and root region (), comprise a compacted surface layer () which is continuous in the transition portion () between the flank and root region () and has a residual porosity of less than 10%. In order to increase the load-bearing capacity it is proposed that the compacted surface layer () is formed with a lower thickness in the transitional portion () between the flank and root region () than in the adjacent flank and root regions ().

Sintered gearwheel

A sintered coupling ring () is described, comprising a ring of coupling teeth () which comprise relieved flanks () extending from wedge-shaped end faces () and, on the side opposite the wedge-shaped end faces (), a stop () that protrudes radially beyond the tooth tip (). In order to provide advantageous constructional conditions it is proposed that the stops () have a greater density than the remaining tooth tip ().

Sintered coupling ring

A method is described for producing a gear wheel from a powdered metal blank () compressed and sintered having a machining allowance in the gearing area, the powdered metal blank () being compacted by the machining allowance with a plastic deformation by rolling of a compression tool () forming a counter gearing engaging in the gearing of the powdered metal blank (). To provide advantageous compaction conditions, it is suggested that the powdered metal blank () be compacted simultaneously around the entire circumference by rolling of profile rolls () forming the compression tool () axially to the powdered metal blank ().

Method for producing a gear wheel

A method is described for producing a gearwheel from a powder-metal blank which is pressed and sintered with an allowance in the toothing region, with the powder metal blank supported on a mandrel being densified in the region of the allowance by pressing on counter-toothing of a circular pusher tool engaging in the toothing of the powder metal blank under plastic deformation by the allowance. In order to ensure precise production it is proposed that during its densification the powder metal blank is radially clamped on both face sides over the circumference.

Method for producing a gearwheel

A method and an apparatus are described for producing a gear wheel from a powder metal blank () which is sintered and pressed with an overmeasure in the flank and root region of the teeth and which in the region of the overmeasure is densified under plastic deformation by the overmeasure by pressing in a counter-toothing () of a pressing tool () which engages in the toothing (). In order to provide advantageous conditions it is proposed that during the plastic deformation of the flank or foot region of the tooth, the tip surface of the respective tooth is subjected to a pressure force counteracting an extension of the tooth.

Method for densifying teeth of a gear wheel

There are described a method and an apparatus for producing a gear wheel from a powder metal blank ( ) pressed and sintered with an overmeasure in the toothing area, which powder metal blank is compacted under a plastic deformation in the vicinity of the overmeasure by pressing against a counter-toothing ( ) of at least one rotating pressing tool ( ) by the overmeasure, which counter-toothing engages in the toothing ( ) of the powder metal blank ( ). To create advantageous constructional conditions it is proposed that the counter-toothing ( ) designed as internal toothing of the annular pressing tool ( ) enclosing the powder metal blank ( ) is pressed into the toothing ( ) of the powder metal blank ( ) by means of a pressure roller rolling on the outside periphery ( ) of the pressing tool ( ).
