The invention consists of a safety and arming device for a projectile and using micro electro-mechanical technology that incorporates at least three layers of substrate: a bottom, a top and at least one intermediate layer incorporating at least one mobile part with respect to the different layers of substrate wherein the bottom and top incorporate raised patterns, the raised patterns being evenly spaced over the bottom and the top such that the mobile part is always, when in movement, held immobile between the raised patterns of the bottom and those of the top, the raised patterns of the bottom being in contact with a lower face of the mobile part and the raised patterns of the top being in contact with an upper face of the mobile part.

The slider includes a support structure and at least one rail carried by the support structure, the rail defining a face which faces toward the recording medium, the rail having a front part and a rear part relative to the direction of motion of a moving recording medium. A slider for magnetic recording includes at least one ski with a front portion and a rear portion, a read and/or write head located at the rear portion of the slider, the front portion of each ski having first and second steps with, respectively, first and second risers. Magnetic bubble generator for bubble memory in hybrid technology

A magnetic bubble memory is formed of a series of longitudinally oriented minor registers and at least one transversely oriented major access register, all of these registers having patterns with boundaries defined by ionically implanted zones of a magnetic garnet layer. The memory is formed also with a structure for transferring bubbles from one end of the minor register to the major register, and is further configured with layered material having a predetermined format for displacing the bubbles in each minor register upon application of a rotating magnetic field. The physical structure of the memory also permits a displacement of the bubbles of the major register by the circulation of currents in two electrically conductive sheets which are superimposed on the magnetic garnet layer. The sheets have windows facing the patterns of the register, with the windows being arranged with end portions thereof in registration with the pattern boundaries to enable the bubbles to circulate while remaining in contact with the boundaries of the major register pattern in implanted zones of the garnet.
