In embodiments, methods and systems for implementing payment interface services using a payment platform are provided. Multiple payments types are integrated into the payment platform to support customer payments for merchants. The payment platform identifies payment types that are relevant to a customer based on receiving an indication to personalize payment types for the customer, and on customer data resources that are accessed. One or more relevant payment types are determined based on the information of the customer. The payment types for the customer are determined from a plurality of payment types supported via the payment platform that supports customer payment type personalization. A payment type from the one or more payment types relevant to the customer is automatically chosen or explicitly chosen by the customer, such that a corresponding payment type provider authenticates the customer in order to complete the transaction.

Methods and systems for providing payment interface services using a payment platform

A multiple pass self-cinching suture construct includes a strand of suture material. A fixed loop is formed at one end, and an adjustable loop is formed at the opposite end. A self-cinching section is disposed between the fixed loop and the adjustable loop. The self-cinching section includes a first pass of a tag end axially through the interior of the self-cinching section to form the fixed loop. The opposite tag end passes axially through the interior of two co-axial suture segments inside the self-cinching section, forming an adjustable loop. As the adjustable loop tag end is pulled, tension is applied and the self-cinching section constricts to maintain tension. In some embodiments, the self-cinching section includes at least four segments of the strand of suture material co-axially aligned along the self-cinching section.

Multiple pass self-cinching suture construct

A dynamic ligament repair device includes a suture, a femoral side suture anchor and a threaded screw or housing implant. The screw is configured for placement in the tibia, or alternatively in the femur. A spring is housed inside an axial bore in the threaded screw. In some embodiments, the spring is a compression spring. A moveable spring button is positioned inside the axial bore adjacent a distal end of the spring. The spring button engages the spring directly in some embodiments. In alternative embodiments, an intermediate structure such as a spacer is positioned between the spring button and the spring. The suture extends between the spring button and the suture anchor. When the joint flexes or extends, the spring button travels inside the axial bore and dynamically compresses or relaxes the spring.

Dynamic ligament repair device

An insert for an aerial work assembly includes a main body configured to be received in an aerial lift bucket. The main body includes first through fourth sides, each defining an outer sidewall and an inner sidewall. The main body includes a bottom portion connected with the first side, the second side, the third side, and the fourth side. An open top is defined at an upper portion of the main body. An interior space is defined in the main body and receives a user. The extension assembly includes a bottom lip extending from the upper portion of the main body. A connecting sidewall extends upwardly from the bottom lip. An upper lip extends from the connecting sidewall. The extension assembly is configured to extend upwardly to extend a height of the main body with respect to the aerial lift bucket.

Insert for an aerial work assembly

The present disclosure provides a method of DDCE-MRF. The method can include: a) introducing two or more contrast agents to a region of interest (ROI) of a subject, the two or more contrast agents having different relaxivities; b) measuring a T1 relaxation time and a T2 relaxation time for locations within the ROI using magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF); c) determining, using equations that relate the different relaxivities, the T1 relaxation time, the T2 relaxation time, and concentrations of the two or more contrast agents, the concentrations of the two or more contrast agents for each of the locations within the ROI; and d) producing an image depicting the ROI based, at least in part, on the concentrations of the two or more contrast agents.

System and method for dynamic multiple contrast enhanced, magnetic resonance fingerprinting (DMCE-MRF)

A suture construct apparatus, including a self-cinching suture member having a first strand, a second strand, a sleeve defined on the second strand, and a self-cinching suture member fixed loop with a sheath positioned on the self-cinching suture member. The suture construct apparatus may further include an anchor disposed on the self-cinching suture member, a self-cinching suture member shuttling suture disposed on the self-cinching suture member fixed loop, and a sheath removably disposed around at least a portion of the self-cinching suture member. The first strand may pass through the sleeve and form a self-cinching suture member free end. The first strand may also be axially moveable through the sleeve.

Self-cinching suture construct apparatus

A knotless self-cinching suture construct device includes a shuttling suture, a continuous loop and a self-cinching suture member. The shuttling suture is configured for insertion into a passage hole in injured soft tissue, such as a torn or damaged meniscus in the knee. The shuttling suture and continuous loop are passed entirely through the passage hole in the tissue, and the self-cinching suture member is inserted through the continuous loop to form a hitch using the continuous loop around the tissue. The self-cinching suture member is then pulled tight, allowing a first strand to slide through both the hitched continuous loop and a self-cinching sleeve on the suture member. When tension is applied, the sleeve tightens around the strand much like a finger trap, preventing inadvertent release of the applied suture tension. The suture construct is configured for use through a transosseous tunnel with a suture button in some embodiments.

The suture button includes a body having a first tapered longitudinal end, a second tapered longitudinal end, a first side, a second side, an anterior surface and a posterior surface. A first concave notch is defined in the first side, and a second concave notch is defined in the second side. The first notch is open to a first suture dock in the first side, and the second notch is open to a second suture dock in the second side. Each of the first and second suture docks includes a seat to centrally position suture material in some embodiments. A center passage is defined through the suture body at a location between the first and second suture docks.

A suture button for a surgical procedure provides an anchor for pulling and maintaining suture tension through a transosseous tunnel during an operation such as meniscal root repair in the knee. The suture button includes a body having a first tapered longitudinal end, a second tapered longitudinal end, a first side, a second side, an anterior surface and a posterior surface. A first concave notch is defined in the first side, and a second concave notch is defined in the second side. The first notch is open to a first suture dock in the first side, and the second notch is open to a second suture dock in the second side. Each of the first and second suture docks includes a seat to centrally position suture material. A center passage is defined through the suture body at a location between the first and second suture docks.
