A contact device includes a first contact element extending along a straight line and a second contact element inclined with respect to the first contact element. The first contact element has a connecting body extending along the straight line, a first contact portion, and a flap. The first contact portion has a first contact socket. The flap is connected to a first fixed end at a first side of the connecting body. The first contact portion is connected to the connecting body. The flap extends along the first straight line to the first contact portion and a free end of the flap is arranged at a distance from the first contact portion. The second contact element has a second contact portion engaging the first contact socket and electrically contacting the first contact portion.

Contact device, in particular a coaxial contact device

An electrical ferrule for an electrical cable comprises a body defining a circumferential center portion connecting a first flank and a second flank, the first and second flanks arranged opposite one another in a radial direction of the ferrule. At least one latch or lock is defined on at least one of the flanks for selectively fixing the flanks together and closing the ferrule in a manner in which a diameter of the ferrule may be varied during its installation onto an electrical cable.

A chiclet for a chiclet connector includes a conductor having a first end and a second end. A housing of the chiclet encloses and defines a housing interior. The conductor extends through the housing interior with the first and second ends of the conductor forming contacts projecting from the housing. The housing forms an electromagnetic shield electrically insulated from the conductor. A support of the chiclet corresponds in shape to the housing interior and is connected to the conductor for fixing the conductor within the housing.

A first RF connector element mating with a second RF connector element includes a first terminal having a first contact region, a second terminal having a second contact region, and a first electrical insulator element electrically insulating the first terminal and the second terminal. The first electrical insulator element has a first contact support part and a first compensation part. The first contact support part is integrally formed of a first dielectric material and has a first relative dielectric constant. The first compensation part is integrally formed with the first contact support part of a second dielectric material, the second dielectric material having a second relative dielectric constant greater than the first relative dielectric constant. The first compensation part is arranged at a front end region of the first electrical insulator element and at least partly encompasses the first contact region.

A plug connector system includes a first plug connector having a shielding sleeve and a second plug connector having a shielding bushing with a plurality of spring elements. The shielding sleeve has an at least partially circumferential bead on an outer side of the shielding sleeve. The shielding sleeve is partially received in the shielding bushing and the at least partially circumferential bead contacts the spring elements when the first plug connector is connected to the second plug connector.

Plug connector system

A plug connection arrangement for mechanically and electromagnetically coupling a radiation source to a dielectric waveguide and a system for transmitting data by electromagnetic radiation. The plug connection arrangement has a housing which can be mounted on a printed circuit board. The radiation source generates electromagnetic waves. The radiation source is enclosed, in a mounted state, on the printed circuit board, at least in sections, by the housing and the receiving unit for receiving and aligning the dielectric waveguide is connected to the housing. The dielectric waveguide, which can be received by the receiving unit, in the received state, can be electromagnetically coupled to the radiation source.
