The invention relates to a device for the thermal regulation of a motor vehicle battery pack () comprising at least one battery () contained in a housing (), the thermal regulation device comprising: at least one heat exchanger () in contact with the battery (), at least one elastic element () arranged in the bottom () of the housing () so as to hold the heat exchanger () against the battery (). An insulator () is interposed between the elastic element () and the heat exchanger ().

Battery pack thermal regulation device

A module has an end part with at least one fixing pin interacting with fixing means carried by a support of a motor vehicle. A device for fixing the module to the support has an elastic fitting with a hollow for the fixing pin of the module, and a removable member with a first end. The first end has two elastic arms with concavities turned towards one another to clamp the fitting accommodating the fixing pin. The removable member also has a second end for interacting with the fixing means for securing to the support with a degree of freedom of movement chosen to provides for mutual movement of the two arms, in which one of them is moved towards the other.

Device for fixing a module onto a motor-vehicle support

A heat exchanger module for a motor vehicle having a fan shroud mounted on a heat exchanger. The shroud includes two blocks that extend from a first side of a duct and are adapted to engage corresponding housings in a first manifold of the heat exchanger. Two spring clips extend from a second side of the fan duct and have an aperture for accommodating a lug projecting from a side face of a second manifold of the heat exchanger.

The invention concerns a heat exchanger, in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising an array of tubes and fins, whereof the ends of the tubes are inserted in holes of a collector plate. The latter is generally planar and an inserting plate is arranged, directly mounted on the collector plate and provided with openings for allowing through the ends of the tubes and delimited by a peripheral edge forming a lateral stop for a rim of a manifold maintained by crimping means.

Heat exchanger with reduced space requirement, in particular for motor vehicle

The invention concerns a heat exchanger assembly for a motor vehicle comprising a main exchanger with a body mounted between two manifolds, whereto is assembled at least a secondary exchanger mounted between two manifolds such that a common air stream (F) can pass through the respective exchanger bodies. Each of the main exchanger manifolds is provided, at one end, with a projecting base forming a housing for a pin of the second exchanger, and at another end, with a projecting lug whereon can be locked a clip removably fitted on the secondary exchanger. Another secondary exchanger can be assembled in the same manner on the secondary exchanger.
