A steering arrangement for a motor vehicle includes a rotatable steering handle, in particular a steering wheel, and a steering spindle connected torsion-tight therewith. At least one generator device is provided for generating at least one haptic signal, and at least one rocker bar is fixed on a structural part of the steering arrangement in a fixing region. On the rocker bar, a pinging hammer is held such that it is deflectable with respect to the fixing region, and the rocker bar for the deflection of the pinging hammer is connected with the generator device. The pinging hammer can be brought into contact with a structural part of the steering arrangement.

Steering arrangement with rotatable steering handle

The invention relates to a device for fixing an at least height-adjustable steering column. The device includes a clamping device provided with a clamping element having an open position in which the height adjustment is released. When the clamping element passes from the opening position thereof to the closed position thereof, toothings engage with each other. A blocking element has a blocking position in which it blocks the lifting of the counter-fixing part from the fixing part, maintaining the engagement of the toothings, and a release position in which the counter-fixing part can be lifted from the fixing part. A coupling is provided between the clamping element and the blocking element During the displacement of the clamping element from the closed position to the open position, the blocking element assumes the release position only if the clamping element has already authorised the lifting of the counter-fixing part from the fixing part by the force of at least one spring in so far as the toothings thereof are no longer engaged.

Securement device with an at least height-adjustable steering column

In a method for the production of a corrugated tube from a flat metal sheet, two half shells are formed each extending in a longitudinal direction, and the half shells are provided with corrugations oriented transversely to their longitudinal direction. The two half shells are either disposed in a single sheet metal part longitudinally next to one another or are separate parts. In the case of their formation with two half shells disposed in a common sheet metal part next to one another, the preformed sheet metal part in the region between the two half shells is folded or curved about an axis parallel to the longitudinal directions of the half shells, wherein free longitudinal edges of the half shells are brought into mutual contact and are connected with one another. In the case of the formation of the half shells in the form of separate parts, the two half shells are placed against one another with their longitudinal edges and the longitudinal edges are connected with one another. Through the connection of sections of this longitudinal edge, located between the cutouts, together with the other longitudinal edge in the connection region of the two longitudinal edges, a row of openings through the casing of the corrugated tube is formed, which openings are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the corrugated tube.

An adjustable steering column for a motor vehicle includes a fixing device, in the opened state of which the steering column is adjustable in at least one displacement direction, and, in the closed state of which the set position of the steering column is fixed in the displacement direction or at least one of the displacement directions, for fixing the set position comprises at least one securement part which includes at least one toothing with teeth, and at least one counter-securement part, which includes at least one counter toothing, with teeth. Viewed in a cross section through the teeth of the securement part and of the counter-securement part, wherein the plane of this cross section is oriented parallel to the displacement direction and parallel to the opening direction, both side flanks of the teeth of the securement part and of the counter-securement part in the closed state of the fixing device form, at least in a section of their extent, inclination angles of less than 20&#xb0;, preferably less than 12&#xb0;, with the opening direction.

Shaft ends are fastened against rotation in the joint, the ends being held in a housing joint adjoining the two joints with interposition of a ball joint so that the ball of the ball joint is mounted for rotation about its center point in a socket of one shaft end and is slidingly movable in a direction of the shaft axis of the other shaft end. A steering shaft double joint for motor vehicles includes two shaft ends each connected nonrotatably in a respective first and second joint. The first and second joints are operatively arranged in a housing to movably mount the two shaft ends. A steering shaft double joint is provided for motor vehicles where the shaft ends are connected non-rotatably in the joint. Each of the shaft ends is movably mounted in a housing connecting two joints with the shaft ends being connected by a ball joint so that the ball is rotatable around a midpoint in a receptacle of a shaft end and is slightly movably mounted in a direction of the shaft axis of the other shaft end. The ball is spring mounted in the receptacle and the receptacle contains and surrounds a bushing with elastic material located between the receptacle and bushing.
