The invention relates to a temperature-controlling device for a battery module, having a flow space () which has a multiplicity of spacer elements () and is essentially closed. The spacer elements () are arranged within the flow space () and the temperature-controlling device () further has a flow deflection unit () which is arranged within the flow space () and has a longitudinal direction () extending along the flow deflection unit () from a first end () to a second end () of said flow deflection unit (). Temperature-controlling device for a battery module, method for manufacturing same and battery module

A battery system includes a plurality of battery cells and a temperature-control element that is thermally conductively connected to the battery cells via a temperature-control surface. The temperature-control element has a temperature-control channel in an interior of the temperature-control element. The temperature-control channel is routed on the forward flow side via an inlet and on the return flow side via an outlet from the temperature-control element. A bypass is connected to the temperature-control channel via a dividing node and a merging node with the dividing node being arranged closer to the inlet than the merging node. A motor vehicle includes the battery system.

A device for the temperature control of battery cells in a battery, particularly a battery configured as an energy source for the drive of hybrid, plug-in hybrid, or electric vehicles includes a contact surface for thermally contacting the battery cells with the device. The contact surface is configured such that the battery cells to be temperature-controlled are arranged on the contact surface. The device has elements below the contact surface that are elastically restoring such that, when a compressive load acting orthogonally to the contact surface is applied, the contact surface is lowered in the region of the applied compressive load. A restoring force acts against the compressive load.

A regulating device for regulating a cooling circuit is described. The regulating device according to the disclosure includes a first regulating stage, wherein the first regulating stage is designed to determine, using one or more input variables, a cooling/heating power of the cooling circuit or a variable proportional thereto. The first regulating stage is also designed to determine a first control deviation. The first regulating stage is also designed to output a controlled variable of the first regulating stage comprising a desired temperature of a coolant or a variable proportional thereto, which is derived from the first control deviation. The regulating device according to the disclosure also includes a second regulating stage, wherein the second regulating stage is positioned in series with the first regulating stage and designed to receive the controlled variable of the first regulating stage as a control output. The second regulating stage is also designed to determine a second control deviation. The second regulating stage is also designed to output a controlled variable of the second regulating stage comprising an abstract signal, which is derived from the second control deviation.
