A device for assembling and disassembling a component of a gas turbine, having a rail system with at least two running rails. A carriage which can be pushed on the running rails along a specified movement axis is provided on the running rails, and the carriage has a securing device which is designed to secure a fitting section of a first carriage insert in a force-fitting manner such that the first carriage insert is moved together with the carriage when the carriage is moved on the running rails.

Device for assembling and disassembling a component of a gas turbine

A mounting system for a gas turbine, includes two rails, on each rail a fastening portion for fastening the rail on a manhole of the gas turbine, and for each rail at least one displacement element, which can be displaced along the rail. With the aid of such a mounting system, maintenance tools and/or turbine components are straightforwardly passed through a manhole and displaced to their location of use.

A wheel disk assembly having a wheel disk, a plurality of blade devices fastened along an outer circumference of the wheel disk, a plurality of sealing plates accommodated between the wheel disk and the blade devices such that the sealing plates are moveable in the circumferential direction, and securing devices designed such that the securing devices secure the sealing plates against movement in the circumferential direction. Pins are provided as securing devices, which pins are detachably retained in bores arranged on the wheel disk and reach into recesses that are formed on surfaces of the sealing plates facing the wheel disk, wherein at least one of the pins, preferably all of the pins, are designed such that, in order to disengage a pin from the associated recess, the pin in question can be plunged further into the bore in a resilient manner.

The invention relates to a device for installing and removing a component on a gas turbine, having a rail system on which in particular a rotor can be displaced along a predetermined displacement axis, and having a terminal positioning part which is fixedly connected to the rail system. The positioning part has at least one guide portion which is designed to co-operate mechanically with a respective counterpart guide portion on the housing of the gas turbine, in order to achieve a suitable orientation of the device with respect to the housing of the gas turbine. The positioning part also has at least one connecting section which is designed in each case to form a fixed but releasable connection to a respective counterpart connecting section on the housing of the gas turbine construct.

Device for installing and removing a component on a gas turbine

A gas turbine includes an insert element for fastening to a ring segment body of a turbine of the gas turbine. The ring segment body has a recess on a hot gas side. The insert element is designed to cover the recess. The insert element includes a cover plate, which has a concavely shaped front side and a back side, and at least one foot arranged on the back side for positioning on the ring segment body. A mounting method includes mounting the insert element where the insert element is fixed to a recess of a ring segment body of a turbine of a gas turbine.

The insert element is designed to cover the recess and has a concave front side and a rear side having at least one shaped portion for positioning on the annular segment body. An annular segment has the insert element, a gas turbine has the insert element, and a mounting method mounts the insert element.
