A dispensing system includes a dispensing apparatus and a cartridge device. The dispensing apparatus has at least one receiving chamber for receiving the cartridge device, at least one dispensing device, a control device, a drive device and a power supply. The method includes inserting the cartridge device into the at least one receiving chamber; emitting at least one first signal from a signal generator of the cartridge device; receiving the at least one signal of the cartridge device by at least one sensor of the dispensing apparatus; transmitting a second signal from the sensor to the control device; transferring the drive device from a first operating mode into a second operating mode if the second signal corresponds to a value stored in the control device or if an algorithm stored in the control device verifies the second signal, or transferring the drive device into a third operating mode.

Method for operating a dispensing system and dispensing system

A process for operating an extrusion system is provided. An extrusion device is provided that has at least two extrusion pistons operable with different feed ratios. The process involves storing a ratio of feed rates of the extrusion pistons in a storage device of the control device in dependence on the second signal. A least one drive device is actuated by the control device for displacing the two extrusion pistons into a start position, in which a plunger of the first extrusion piston substantially abuts the first cartridge of the cartridge device and a plunger of the second extrusion piston substantially abuts the second cartridge the cartridge device. The at least one drive device is actuated by the control device with a ratio of feed rates stored in the storage device of the control device for the extrusion pistons at user request.

Method for operating an extrusion system and extrusion system

A squeeze-out dispenser for a container containing compounds is disclosed. In an embodiment, the squeeze-out dispenser features two plungers which are provided with a profile along their longitudinal extensions and a drive unit for the plungers with a drive meshing with the profile of the plungers. The profile of the plungers is formed by several through-holes spaced apart from one another at a uniform interval and passing through the plungers, into which through-holes engagements of the drive engage for advancing the plungers.

Squeeze-out dispenser

An extrusion device for compound-containing containers, including a receiving chamber for the container, a piston rod which is displaceable relative to the receiving chamber and further including an extrusion mechanism having an advancing mechanism for advancing the piston rod. A wiper element is provided which has a wiper edge facing the piston rod.

Extrusion device

A dispenser () for dispensing the contents of cartridges (), including an advancing mechanism () for a piston rod (), a housing () on which a transmission lever () for actuating the advancing mechanism () is attached so as to swivel, and a handle (), which is affixed to the housing and to which an actuation lever () is attached so as to swivel, whereby the transmission lever () and the actuation lever () are connected to each other in an articulated manner via a sliding block guide ().

An extrusion device for extruding material from cartridges, having at least one plunger rod which can be moved, at least one bendable traction element which is coupled to the plunger rod(s) at attachment points, and having an advancement device which is coupled to the traction element between the attachment points and which actuates the movement of the plunger rod, wherein the advancement device has at least one driven rotating body, the traction element being wound around the same between its attachment points, and being driven by the same.

The invention relates to a dispensing device () for containers () containing a compound, comprising a compartment () for the container, with a piston rod () that can be moved relative to the compartment (), with an extruding device () that comprises a drive wheel () for advancing the piston rod (), a motor () for driving the drive wheel () as well as a planetary gear () that is interposed between the drive wheel () and the motor () and that has a gear rotational axis () and a ring gear (). The ring gear () is provided with multiple recesses that are located along its circumference at intervals from each other. Moreover, the dispensing device () has an actuating switch () for actuating the motor () and a blocking element () that can be moved from a blocking position that blocks the ring gear () into a releasing position that releases this ring gear (). A separate unlocking switch () is provided for actuating the blocking element (), and the blocking element () can be pivoted around a pivot axis () in order to be moved from the blocking position into the releasing position.

Dispensing device

An extrusion device for the extrusion of single- or multi-component materials from at least one container is provided. The extrusion device includes a housing having a functional section and a manual operation section. The housing extends substantially along an axial direction. The functional section includes at least one container receptacle. The manual operation section includes a lever arrangement via which an extrusion rod arrangement can be actuated to extrude materials from the at least one container. The lever arrangement includes a lever body mounted on a rotary axis. The lever body includes a lever push arm on one side of the rotary axis and a lever grip arm on the other side of the rotary axis. The lever push arm acts in a force-transmitting manner on a drive body attached on the extrusion rod arrangement upon actuation of the lever grip arm. The lever body includes a fork which forms at least two fork sections, and a fork trunk, wherein each of the at least two fork sections each extends into a lever push arm, and the fork trunk extends into the lever grip arm.

An ejection device for a mass-containing package () includes at least one piston rod () having a toothing () extending along its longitudinal extent, and a drive unit () for displacing the at least one piston rod () and having at least one gear wheel () engageable with the toothing () of the at least one piston rod () and displaceable from a first position, in which it engages the toothing () of the at least one piston rod (), to a position in which it is disengaged from the toothing () of the at least one piston rod, and a drive motor () for driving the at least one gear wheel ().

Ejection device

An ejection device () for cartridges containing multi-component compounds has an ejection mechanism () and a receptacle () for the cartridge, with the receptacle () being limited on the front side by a head plate () and on the rear side by a stop plate () and in order to hold the cartridge in a first position, a first stop () provided at the head plate () and a second stop () provided in the area of the stop plate (), and a third stop () in order to hold the cartridge in a further position.

A cartridge () used as a container for a compound that can be ejected by an ejection device, has two receptacles () and a head part (), each receptacle () having a receptacle chamber () for components of the compound with the head part () having a base plate () with an outlet opening () for the compound and, at a contact surface () of the base plate (), two guide portions () for joining to an end () of the corresponding receptacle (), a guide element for the receptacle () arranged adjacent to the guide portion () at the contact surface () of the head part ().

Cartridge for an ejectable compound

A foil container () has two foil bag chambers () arranged next to one another for compound components of a multi-component compound which are stored separately from one another, and a head () having a base plate () with a contact side () at which two receptacle portions () are provided, each for one end of the respective foil bag chambers (), and a mixer connection () in which there are provided a first outlet opening () for one of the compound components of the multi-component compound and a second outlet opening () for an additional compound component of the multi-component compound and arranged in the first outlet opening ().

A press-out tool for squeezing material out of containers () containing single-component or multi-component substances, has a receiving space () for the container (), a piston rod () having a first end () which can dip into the receiving space (), a first guide portion () and a second guide portion () that extends from an end area of the first end () of the piston rod () to the first guide portion () and has a cross-section with a reduced height in comparison with the height of the cross-section of the first guide portion (), and a displacement mechanism () having a driving device () and a clamping lever () through which the piston rod () extends and which is pivotable relative to the longitudinal axis (L) of the piston rod ().

A rapid-action connection element for a compressed air hose () includes a filter () located in the discharge casing () for sealing a flow cross-section, a flow-through pressure piston () extending, at least partially into the discharge casing () and displaceable, within limits between outward position remote from the filter () in which the pressure piston () is sealed with respect to the discharge casing (), and an inward position adjacent to the filter () in which the pressure piston () is open with respect to the discharge casing () for flow therebetween, and a flow-through rapid-action coupling member () connected with the pressure piston ().
