The invention relates to an impeller () for a fan, in particular an axial or radial fan having a hub () for connecting the impeller () to a drive motor and having fan blades () which are arranged circumferentially around the hub () and having pockets () in the hub region, having balance weights () which can be fastened therein, aligned in the axial direction. The balance weights () are made of U-shaped, bent weight clips made of spring-elastic material, having at least two opposite clip legs extending parallel to each other which are connected to each other via a bend section, and comprise a clamping gap between the clip legs. One of the clip legs extends within the pockets () and the other clip leg extends outside of the pockets (), such that there is a clamping seat on a pocket wall () extending in the clamping gap.

Impeller having balance compensation

A ventilation device, in particular for heating, cooling and/or humidifying air in residential buildings, includes a duct-shaped housing () with an air inlet opening () and an air outlet opening (), and a fan impeller () as well as a filter unit, heat exchange unit and/or heating coil unit () arranged in the main flow direction (Z) of an air flow generated by the fan impeller (). A balancing weight to balance a blower wheel. The balancing weight is constructed in two pieces consisting of a spring clip and a supplemental weight. The spring clip features a retaining section for securing on the blower wheel and a receptacle section for mounting the supplemental weight.

Balancing weight for a fan wheel

A rotating electric machine () having a stator () in a housing () and a rotor () supported by a shaft (). The housing () circumferential wall () and first and second axially opposing end walls () support bearing flanges with bearings () for the shaft (). Two cooling fan impellers () are connected to the shaft (). An inner cooling fan impeller () positioned inside the housing () generates an inner cooling air circuit (A) inside the housing (). An outer cooling fan impeller () provided outside the housing (), generates an outer cooling air flow (B). The first end wall () is formed with a thermal conductivity of at least a specified value and has an outer cooling rib geometry () on its outer side facing the outer cooling fan impeller (), and an inner cooling rib geometry () on its opposing inner side.

A radial fan wheel arrangement includes a circular bottom plate () and a circular cover plate () with a central inflow opening (), as well as wheel blades () running between the bottom plate () and the cover plate (). Pocket-shaped recesses () are configured at least on one side of a plate surface in the space between the wheel blades () in an outer edge area of the cover plate () or the bottom plate () or both. At least one counterweight () is mounted on at least one of the two plates () on a plate edge in an area of the pocket-shaped recesses ().
