An endoscope or exoscope having a shaft and at least one objective and at least one electronic image recorder for recording an image of an object field, wherein the objective and image recorder are arranged in a distal end region of the endoscope or exoscope, and includes at least one cable, routed within the endoscope or exoscope, for supply of and/or image transmission from the electronic image recorder, wherein the electronic image recorder includes an optical unit, which is rotatable about a first axis of rotation identical or approximately parallel to a direction of view of the scope, and on which the cable is connected and can be wound on a circumferential surface of the optical unit, and wherein the distal end region includes a cavity, in which storage for holding a section of the cable is held.

Endoscope (or exoscope) with a rotatably arranged electronic image recorder

An apparatus for recording an image of an object field on a body from outside of the body has a shank and an optical unit. The optical unit includes an observation optical unit for recording the image of the object field and is rotatable about an axis of rotation. The observation optical unit has a first stereo channel and a second stereo channel that each has one objective and at least one electronic image recorder. The observation optical unit includes at least one filter that is swivelable into a beam path of the observation optical unit. The at least one filter is swivelable about a swivel axis that is substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation. At least one filter is swivelable into a beam path of the observation optical unit and into a spatial region arranged laterally with respect to the beam paths of both stereo channels.

Exoscope

A device for the sterile sheathing of a sterilization-sensitive operating part, which can be connected to a medical instrument for surgical intervention, having a handling element, which comprises a bundled sterile hose at a distal end, whereby the handling element further comprises an opening, through which the sterilization-sensitive operating part can be inserted from proximal to distal into the sterile hose such that the sterilization-sensitive operating part can thereby be sheathed with the hose. It is suggested that a medical instrument is connected fixedly at its proximal end region to a distal end of the sterile hose, and that there is a transfer station, in which the sterilization-sensitive operating part is accommodated, whereby the handling element can be connected to the transfer station such that the medical instrument and the sterilization-sensitive operating part can be connected to one another and that this assembly can be withdrawn from the transfer station, whereby the bundled sterile hose can be pulled over the sterilization-sensitive operating part.

Device for the sterile sheathing of a sterilization-sensitive operating part

A video endoscope comprises an elongate shaft having a longitudinal axis, and a handpiece at the proximal end of the shaft, a distal end of the shaft being provided with a lens and, in the proximal direction from the lens, with an electronic image pickup. The image pickup is connected, via an electrical connection extending along the shaft, to an electrical connector piece arranged on the handpiece. The image pickup and the connector piece can rotate relative to each other about the longitudinal axis of the shaft. The electrical connection comprises at least one flexible, elongate circuit board, which is able to twist about its longitudinal direction and has at least one conductor track.

Video endoscope

An image pick-up module, in particular for an endoscope or a miniature camera, has an electronic image sensor, which has a plurality of contact fingers that are arranged in at least one row, and a rigid circuit board to which the contact fingers are electrically contact-connected, the image sensor and the circuit board being arranged approximately parallel to one another, and the contact fingers extending along at least one longitudinal side of the circuit board, which extends approximately transversely to the image sensor, and also a flexible multi-core cable which leads from the circuit board in the direction away from the image sensor and whose cores are likewise electrically contact-connected to the circuit board. The cores are contact-connected at contact-connection points on the circuit board which are closer to the image sensor than that side of the circuit board which is remote from the image sensor.
