A hybrid module includes a first, motor-side pre-assembly group and a second, transmission-side pre-assembly group. A torque transmission device is disclosed having a housing that is rotatable about an axis of rotation (d) and is at least partially filled with fluid and a centrifugal pendulum device having at least two centrifugal pendulums arranged in the housing, each having a set of pendulum masses arranged to be distributed over the circumference, which are displaceably arranged along predetermined pendulum tracks in the centrifugal force field of the torque transmission device. To at least reduce a mutual influence of the at least two sets of pendulum masses, a fluidically active separating member is provided between the at least two sets of pendulum masses.

Torque transmission device

A device for transmitting torque includes an input side and an output side which are disposed rotatably around an axis of rotation, as well as a centrifugal pendulum having at least one pendulum flange and a plurality of pendulum masses that are distributed around the axis of rotation and are movable radially. Furthermore, on the radial inner side of the pendulum masses an elastic stop element is provided to slow down the radially inward-moving pendulum masses, the stop element encircling the axis of rotation in a single piece.

A centrifugal pendulum having a pendulum flange, a first pendulum mass and a second pendulum mass and a spring arrangement, wherein the first pendulum mass and the second pendulum mass are positioned side-by-side in the circumferential direction, wherein the first pendulum mass is coupled with the pendulum flange by a first slotted guide and the second pendulum mass is coupled with the pendulum flange by a second slotted guide. The spring arrangement includes a spring element and a protective device, wherein the protective device is positioned at least partially in the receptacle of the pendulum mass.

Centrifugal pendulum

A device for transmitting torque between an input side and an output side includes a hydrodynamic converter having a pump wheel that is connected to the input side and a turbine wheel that is coupled with the pump wheel hydrodynamically by a fluid, as well as a spring damper for coupling the turbine wheel with the output side and a centrifugal pendulum that is joined with one of the other elements in a torque-locked connection. In this case, only one spring damper is disposed in the flow of torque between the input side and the output side.

Device for transmitting torque

A centrifugal pendulum which is mounted so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation, having a pendulum body and a pendulum flange. The pendulum body includes a first pendulum body part and at least one second pendulum body part. The pendulum flange includes a first pendulum flange part and at least one second pendulum flange part. The first pendulum flange part is at least partially spaced apart axially from the second pendulum flange part. The pendulum flange is positioned axially between the two pendulum flange parts. The first pendulum body part is coupled with the flange so that it is movable to a limited extent. The second pendulum body part is connected to the first pendulum body part.

Centrifugal force pendulum

A turbine torsional vibration damper, in particular a simple torsional vibration damper, for a vehicle, preferably for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle, having a damper part for introducing a torque into the turbine torsional vibration damper and a damper part for extracting the torque from the torsional vibration damper, wherein a pendulum mass flange of a centrifugal pendulum device is rigidly coupled mechanically with a damper part of the turbine torsional vibration damper. A converter or a torque transmission device for a vehicle, in particular for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle, wherein the converter or torque transmission device has a turbine torsional vibration damper according to the invention.

A centrifugal pendulum for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle, which is mountable rotatably around an axis of rotation, having a pendulum mass, a first sliding block guide and a pendulum flange, where the pendulum mass includes a first pendulum mass part, where the first pendulum mass part is coupled with the pendulum flange via the first sliding block guide, where the first sliding block guide is designed to guide the first pendulum mass part along an oscillation path in an oscillating motion, where the pendulum mass has an additional pendulum mass part and a coupling, where the additional pendulum mass part is coupled with the first pendulum mass part by the coupling so that it is movable at least in the radial direction relative to the pendulum mass part.

A torque transfer device mountable rotatably around an axis of rotation to transfer a drive torque between an input side and an output side, having a converter wheel of a hydrodynamic converter and a centrifugal force pendulum, which has a pendulum flange extending in an at least partially radial direction and at least one pendulum mass, where the pendulum mass is positioned on a long side of the pendulum flange and is coupled with the pendulum flange by means of a sliding block guide. A first coupling device is designed to provide a connection for transferring torque between the pendulum flange and the converter wheel, where the first coupling device is connected to the pendulum flange at least partially radially to the outside of the pendulum mass to provide an exchange of torque between the converter wheel and the pendulum flange radially to the outside of the pendulum mass.

Torque transfer device

The invention relates to a torsional vibration damper, in particular a dual-turbine damper, for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle, preferably for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle having a hydrodynamic torque converter, having a first damper and a second damper connected to the latter in series, where the two dampers are situated essentially on a common circumference or essentially in a common plane of the torsional vibration damper, there being a damper intermediate mass connected between the two dampers connected in series, and a centrifugal pendulum device provided on the damper intermediate mass.

Torsional vibration damper and arrangement and method for the damping of a drivetrain of a motor vehicle

A torsional vibration damper comprises an input side and an output side which are arranged rotatably around an axis of rotation, an intermediate plate, and two elastic elements which are arranged on different circumferences around the axis of rotation, where the first elastic element is set up to transmit a power from the input side to the intermediate plate and the second elastic element is set up to transmit a power from the intermediate plate to the output side. Furthermore, the torsional vibration damper includes a single-piece retainer to support the first elastic element on a radially outer surface, while the retainer includes a contact element for engaging with one end of the first elastic element.

Torsional vibration damper

A torsional vibration damper for transferring torque between a first and a second rotatable element, having a rotatable pressure plate to transfer the torque from the first element, a rotatable output element to transfer the torque to the second element, and a vibration damper element to transfer the torque between the pressure plate and the output element, where the vibration damper element includes an energy-storing spring system. A driving element is formed in a single piece on the pressure plate to fit against the spring system.

A rotary vibration damper with an input part and an output part having a centrifugal force pendulum disposed on a flange part of the input part or output part, with several mass parts distributed over the circumference of the flange part, and disposed on two sides of the flange part, in raceways of the flange part, and limitedly displaceable in the circumferential direction, and in the radial direction by which two mass parts are interconnected respectively on opposite sides of the flange part.

Rotary vibration damper with centrifugal force pendulum

A hydrodynamic torque converter with an impeller connected on the drive side arranged in housing and a turbine driven by the latter, connected with the driven side of the torque converter, with a turbine damper actively disposed between the turbine and driven side. To improve the vibration damping on the driven side of the torque converter, the turbine damper with a first damper part is formed out of an input part connected with the turbine and an intermediate flange, limited and rotatable opposite and against the action of at least a first energy accumulator and a second damper part with the intermediate flange and an output part limited and rotatable oppositely and against the action of at least a second energy accumulator. An adaptive-speed vibration absorber is arranged on the intermediate flange.

Hydrodynamic torque converter

A torsional vibration damper which has a hub and a flange disposed radially outside the hub. For axial fastening of the flange on the hub, a fixing element and a holding element attached to the hub are provided, which limit movements of the fixing element caused by radially oriented centrifugal force.
