Described herein is compound of formula (I) in the form of any one of its stereoisomers or as a mixture thereof, wherein R represents a n-butyl or a (3-methylbutan-2-yl) group. The use of the compound of formula (I) as perfuming ingredient of the aldehydic type and the compound as part of a perfuming composition or of a perfumed consumer product are also described.

Aldehydic odorant

Described herein are compounds of formula (I) in the form of any one of its stereoisomers or a mixture thereof, and wherein each R, independently from each other, represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; Rand Rrepresent, independently from each other, a Clinear alkyl group or a Clinear or branched alkyl group; Rand R, when taken together, represent a Clinear, branched alkanediyl and one dotted line represents a carbon-carbon single bond and the second one a carbon-carbon double bond. Also described herein are methods of using compounds of formula (I) as a perfuming ingredient of the floral type and as part of a perfuming composition or of a perfumed consumer product.

Cyclamen odorant

The present invention concerns a compound of formula (I) in the form of any one of its stereoisomers or as a mixture thereof, and wherein carbon 4 of the cyclohexenyl group has an absolute S configuration and R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and their use in perfumery to impart odor notes of white peach and floral type. 

Lily of the valley odorant

The present invention relates to the use as perfuming ingredient, in particular to confer odor notes of the violet, violet leaves type, of a compound of formula (I), wherein n represents 1 or 2, A represents CHor CO; and R represents a Calkyl or alkenyl group or a Ccycloalkyl group, or when A is a CHgroup R may also represent a Cacyl group. Odorants of the violet type

The present invention concerns 2-methyl-5-[2-methyl-3-methylene-bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-yl)]-2-penten-1-ol in any of its stereometric forms or a lower ester thereof and their use as perfuming ingredient, in particular to impart sandalwood and cedar wood notes.

The present invention relates to the field of perfumery and concerns the use as perfuming ingredient of ketones of formula wherein n represents 0, 1 or 2, m represents 0, 1 or 2, the dotted lines represent only single bonds or one double bond and two single bonds, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl or ethyl group, said Rgroup being located at any of the position of the cyclic moiety, Rrepresents a C-CO-alkyl or O-alkenyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted ethylene or cyclopropyl group. Said compounds are useful to impart a clean and natural fruity, pineapple odor type. The present invention concerns also the compositions or articles containing said compounds (I) as well as some of said compounds (I). 

Ketones as perfuming ingredients

A method of use, as a perfuming ingredient, of a compound of formula I in the form of any one of its stereoisomers or a mixture thereof, and wherein each Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and at least one of said Ris a hydrogen atom; Rrepresents a linear or branched Calkyl group or unsaturated groups; and Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. These compounds impart odor notes of the violet leaves type optionally together with green odor notes.

Violet leaves odorants

The present invention concerns a dynamic mixture obtained by combining, in the presence of water, at least one diamine derivative, comprising at least one heteroaryl moiety, with at least two perfuming aldehydes and/or ketones. The invention's mixture is capable of releasing in a controlled and prolonged manner said perfuming compounds, in particular perfuming ingredients, into the surrounding environment. The invention's dynamic mixture gives rise to a more evenly distributed positive effect for the release of the different carbonyl compounds which are part of the mixture than other examples reported in the prior art.

The present invention relates to the use as perfuming ingredient of a compound of formula in the form of any one of its stereoisomers or a mixture thereof, and wherein each Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and at least one of said Ris a hydrogen atom; Rrepresents a linear or branched Calkyl group or unsaturated groups; and Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; in particular to impart odor notes of the violet leaves type optionally together with green odor notes.

The present invention concerns a process for the preparation of a compound of formula (I) in the form of any one of its stereoisomers or mixtures thereof, and wherein the dotted line may represents an additional bond and Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a Si(R)or (R)COH group, each Rrepresenting Calkyl group or a phenyl group.
