Provided is a method, performed by an access authorisation verification apparatus, involving the steps of: obtaining a piece of information from a transmission; identifying a transmission data record using the piece of information obtained from the transmission, wherein the transmission data record comprises address information associated with the transmission; determining an access control apparatus on the basis of a comparison of the address information of the transmission data record with respective address information that is associated with the access control apparatuses and stored on the access authorisation verification apparatus; allowing selection and/or confirmation of an access control apparatus for the determined access control apparatus by a user of the access authorisation verification apparatus; and communicating access authorization information to the access control apparatus in order to gain access to a room associated with the access control apparatus, so that the transmission can be placed into or removed from the room.

Selection of access control apparatuses on an access authorization proving apparatus on the basis of information of a shipment

Provided is a method involving obtaining an identifier at a control unit of a compartment system having compartments provided with respective locks and respective lock control units that are configured to communicate with the control unit; obtaining information indicating that one compartment has been closed, and causing storing of the identifier in the lock control unit assigned to the compartment. Also provided is a method comprising detecting, at a lock control unit assigned to a compartment of a compartment system comprising a control unit and compartments provided with respective locks and lock control units configured to communicate with the control unit, that the compartment has been closed; transmitting a piece of information identifying the lock control unit to the control unit if it has been detected that the compartment has been closed; obtaining an identifier from the control unit; and storing the identifier in the lock control unit.

The disclosure relates to a method including the steps of: detection of a presence of an access authorization verification apparatus in surroundings of an access control apparatus by first communication means of the access control apparatus, and prompting, when the presence of the access authorisation verification apparatus in the surroundings of the access control apparatus is detected, of a change of operating mode for second communication means of the access control apparatus. Provided is a method for access control, performed by an access control apparatus, including obtaining access authorization information that is communicated to the access control apparatus having at least one access authorization parameter and first check information; using at least the communicated access authorization parameters, the communicated first check information and a second key from a key pair, which second key is stored in the access control apparatus, to perform a first check on whether the communicated first check information has been produced by performing cryptographic operations by means of access authorization parameters corresponding to the communicated access authorization parameters using at least one first key from the key pair, and deciding whether access can be granted, based on the first check delivers a positive result and it is established that at least one predefined set of the communicated access authorization parameters respectively provides access authorization.

Access control system

The invention relates to a method for deactivating the locking of at least one door of an accommodating device, said method comprising: effecting the unlocking of the at least one door, measuring the time since at least one event detected by an access-monitoring device of the accommodating device has occurred, and effecting, if the at least one door is open and the measured time exceeds a specified time threshold value, the deactivation of the locking of the at least one door in such a way that the at least one door cannot be locked. The invention further relates to an access-monitoring device, a computer program, an accommodating device, a system, and a use of the accommodating device.

Method for deactivating locking of at least one door of a housing

Provided is a locking unit for a housing, comprising at least two doors for locking each housing opening. The locking unit has a locking element module for each of the doors, and the module has at least one locking body and a locking drive for actuating the locking body. The locking drive has a common drive element for the locking element modules, which drive element can be moved about a displacement path, and which, in a first displacement position, brings the locking body, for only one of the doors or only a first group of doors, of the doors into an unlocking position, and in a second displacement position, brings the locking body for all doors into an unlocking position. The invention also relates to a housing comprising a locking unit of this type, and to a method for unlocking one or more doors of a housing of this type.

A method having the steps of obtaining temporal information communicated to a first device; carrying out one or more of the following tests: a test to determine whether the first device is in a state following an initial operation, a battery replacement or other power outage, or a reset, a test to determine whether a deviation between temporal information of the clock and the communicated temporal information is less than or equal to a threshold which is specified, and a test to determine whether the communicated temporal information has the same date as the temporal information of the clock; and synchronizing the clock using the communicated temporal information if all of one or more defined conditions are satisfied, wherein one of the one or more conditions requires that at least one of the one or more tests carried out has a positive result.

Time synchronization

An arrangement for connecting the terminal contacts of an electronic component to electrical contacts formed on a printed circuit board. An at least partly flexible conductor support having a plurality of interconnects provides an electrical connection between the terminal contacts of the electronic component and the electrical contacts of the printed circuit board such that a portion of the conductor support that is connected to the printed circuit board is arranged on an end face of the printed circuit board and extends perpendicularly in relation to the upper and lower surfaces of the printed circuit board. Furthermore, a conductor support formed with relatively narrow middle portion is provided to facilitate such an arrangement.

An optical transceiver module includes an electro-optical transmission assembly and an electro-optical receiving assembly both mounted on a common printed circuit board and enclosed by a top shell and a bottom shell of an electromagnetically shielding transceiver module. The housing has optical connection openings and an electrical connection opening. The serial optical signals of a first Bit-rate of several Gbit/s and more are converted to serial electrical signals and are multiplexed to parallel electrical signals at a lower second Bit-rate. Reducing the Bit-rate and thus reducing the electromagnetic frequency reduces the risk of electromagnetic interference on the printed circuit main-board. The optical connection openings have a first and a second gasket for reducing the electromagnetic radiation emerging out of the housing through the optical connection openings. The electrical connection opening has a third gasket for reducing the electromagnetic radiation emerging out of the electrical connection opening.
