The disclosure relates to a wiring configuration for a stator of an electric machine. The wiring configuration comprises a busbar which forms a segment of a switching ring with an outer connection and a winding connection. Outer connection elements and winding connection elements are arranged in a wiring region. The wiring configuration additionally comprises a receiving element which is at least thermally coupled to the busbar. The receiving element is arranged outside of the wiring region. The disclosure additionally relates to a temperature sensor device for plugging onto the receiving element of the wiring configuration and to a system for detecting the temperature of a stator.

A coil with a distributed winding formed from hairpins that each have two straight-line conductor portions arranged in different slots of a coil body. Contact regions shaped in circumferential direction adjoin the conductor portions at one axial end and are connected at the other axial end through a turning region. The contact regions have at the end remote of the coil body a connection portion that are aligned in radially extending rows. The contact regions of a layer are shaped in the same circumferential direction. A portion of the contact regions of an outer layer is deformed in radial direction to form an additional, and these contact regions are shaped in a circumferential direction opposite to the contact regions of the outer layer.

A stator of an electric machine includes a stator winding having a plurality of coils, the coils are connected to one another by connection conductors. A temperature sensor is arranged at a connection conductor and is in thermal contact with the connection conductor for detecting a temperature. Two parallel current paths are formed at the connection conductor and the temperature sensor is arranged at one of the current paths.

A connecting device may electrically connect an electric motor to an electronic switchgear unit. The connecting device may include a bus bar that has a first interface, a second interface, and a linear section therebetween, where the first interface is bowed in a direction at least partially transverse to a longitudinal direction of the linear section of the bus bar. The first interface may be configured to electrically connect to at least one line that conducts a drive current of the electric motor through a crimp connection, and the second interface may be configured to electrically connect to the electronic switchgear unit.

An electric machine has a stator which carries a polyphase coil winding, wherein coil ends are connected in a predetermined manner to a plurality of electric connection conductors. The electric machine comprises a power connection unit having a plurality of terminal conductors which are constructed separate from the connection conductors and which by a first end portion are bondingly connected or connectable to the connection conductors and by a second end portion are connected or connectable to the electrical energy source. The power connection unit is constructed as a plastic composite element, in which the terminal conductors are embedded at least over a portion of their length in a plastic shell so as to be spaced apart from one another, and wherein first end portions of the terminal conductors project out of the plastic shell.
