The present invention relates to alkoxylated esteramines of Formula (I) and salts thereof. Esteramines according to the present invention may be used in cleaning composition, for example in liquid laundry detergents. They lead to improved cleaning performance of said compositions, for example when used in cold water washing conditions. They surprisingly boost grease cleaning performance of liquid laundry detergents, especially under cold water washing conditions. Whiteness is also improved. The esteramine according to the present invention show improved compatibility in liquid laundry detergent formulations.

Alkoxylated esteramines and salts thereof

The use of an organic compound as cleavable additive, preferably as cleavable surfactant, in the modification and/or treatment of at least one surface of a semiconductor substrate is described. Moreover, it is described a method of making a semiconductor substrate, comprising contacting at least one surface thereof with an organic compound, or with a composition comprising it, to treat or modify said surface, cleaving said organic compound into a set of fragments and removing said set of fragments from the contacted surface. More in particular, a method of cleaning or rinsing a semiconductor substrate or an intermediate semiconductor substrate is described. In addition, a compound is described which is suitable for the uses and methods pointed out above and which preferably is a cleavable surfactant.

Cleavable additives for use in a method of making a semiconductor substrate

The present invention relates to alkoxylated esteramines of Formula (I) and salts thereof. Esteramines according to the present invention may be used in cleaning composition, for example in liquid laundry detergents. They lead to improved cleaning performance of said compositions, for example when used in cold water washing conditions. The invention relates to a process for mineral oil production, in which an aqueous saline surfactant formulation comprising a surfactant mixture of at least one anionic surfactant of the general formula R&#x2014;O&#x2014;(CHC(CH)HO)&#x2014;(CHCHO)&#x2014;SOM and at least one anionic surfactant of the general formula R&#x2014;O&#x2014;(CHCHO)&#x2014;SOM and a base is injected through injection boreholes into a mineral oil deposit, and crude oil is withdrawn from the deposit through production boreholes. The invention further relates to the surfactant mixture, a concentrate comprising the surfactant mixture and a manufacturing process as well as the use of the surfactant mixture and the con- centrate in the production of mineral oil from underground mineral oil deposits.

Robust alkyl ether sulfate mixture for enhanced oil recovery

The present invention relates to a method for the production of crude oil from subterranean, oil-bearing formations comprising at least the following steps of providing an aqueous surfactant composition comprising water and a surfactant mixture, injecting said surfactant composition into the subterranean, oil-bearing formation through at least one injection well, thereby reducing the crude oil-water interfacial tension to less than 0.1 mN/m, and withdrawing crude oil from the formation through at least one production well, wherein the surfactant mixture comprises at least a surfactant (A) having the general formula R&#x2014;O&#x2014;(CHCH(R)O)&#x2014;(CHCH(CH)O)&#x2014;(CHCHO)&#x2014;R&#x2014;YM(I) and a solubility enhancer (B) having the general formula R&#x2014;O&#x2014;(CHCH(CH)O)&#x2014;(CHCHO)&#x2014;R&#x2014;YM(II), wherein Rto R, a, b, c, x, y, Y and M have the meaning as defined the the description and claims. The invention further relates to said aqueous surfactant composition and methods for preparing the same as well as the use of solubility enhancer (B) for enhancing the solubility of anionic surfactant (A).

Solubility enhancers on basis of allyl alcohol for aqueous surfactant formulations for enhanced oil recovery

The present invention relates to a method for producing mineral oil from underground mineral oil deposits, in which an aqueous formulation comprising at least a mixture of alkyl ether carboxylate and corresponding alkyl ether alcohol, where the alkyl ether carboxylate has been prepared from the alkyl ether alcohol and the molar ratio in the mixture of alkyl ether carboxylate:alkyl ether alcohol is from 51:49 to 92:8, is injected through at least one injection well into a mineral oil deposit, where the deposit has a deposit temperature of 55&#xb0; C. to 150&#xb0; C., a crude oil having more than 20&#xb0; API and a deposit water having more than 100 ppm of divalent cations, and crude oil is withdrawn through at least one production well from the deposit.
