A stator-rotor system of an eccentric screw pump including a rotor with a rotor screw and a stator with an internal thread. The stator includes a support element and an elastomer part. The support element surrounds the elastomer part in sections around the whole circumference. The stator-rotor system includes a mechanism for adjusting the stator, having two adjustment elements arranged on the stator-rotor system, which are distance-variable relative to one another. In a first working position the two adjustment elements have a first distance from one another and in a second working position, a second distance. The cross-section and the length of the elastomer part of the stator in the second working position are changed compared to the cross-section and the length of the elastomer part in the first working position.

Stator-rotor system and method for adjusting a stator in a stator-rotor system

A stator for eccentric screw pumps with a stator casing for an elastomer body for accommodating a rotor, the elastomer body being provided with at least one collar, wherein the collar is disposed in a recess between the stator casing and a connection body, wherein the fixing of the elastomer body in the stator casing is to be improved. The stator casing includes for this purpose open cavities, recesses and/or elevations at least at one side on the end face.

Divided stator casing

A stator casing of an eccentric screw pump with an elastomer stator inner part including a plurality of shell-like casing segments and a production method for such a stator casing, with which the outlay for maintenance work can be reduced. According to the invention, casing segments adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the stator casing are disposed offset with respect to one another around the longitudinal axis of the stator casing, wherein each casing segment includes connection means and at least four casing segments engage with one another and form a composite. For the production of the stator casing, the casing segments are acted upon by an axial force component as a result of clamping, wherein the casing segments engage with one another, as a result of which a radial force component is generated and the composite is formed.

Self-fixing stator housing

The invention relates to a receiving element for a first and a second fixing element for use in bolt setting devices, comprising a receiving area () for the first fixing element () and comprising a connecting attachment () that is used together with the second fixing element to connect the receiving element () to a second receiving element () in a pivotal manner. The aim of the invention is to simplify the handling, production, and/or magazining of fixing elements for use in bolt setting devices. This is achieved in that the connecting attachment () has a detent and/or snap receiving portion () for the second fixing element.
