A covering device () for a vehicle, includes: a cover (); a drive element () formed to enable a movement of the cover, wherein the drive element brings about a force which acts on the cover. The covering device has a force-limitation apparatus () which limits the force brought about by the drive element to a limit force so that the covering device is protected in the event of an overload acting on the covering device and/or a user is protected when using the covering device. An actuator () has a drive apparatus () with a drive element (); an output drive element (); and a force-decoupling apparatus (). The force-decoupling apparatus is formed so that it at least temporarily does not output a force taken up by the drive element or at least temporarily outputs it in a delayed manner to the output drive element.

Covering device for a vehicle and actuator

The invention relates to an actuation device for a flap mounted moveably on a component between a closed position and an opened position, in particular for a flap mounted moveably on a housing of an automobile, comprising: a first actuation part and a second actuation part, wherein the first actuation part is to be fastened on the flap and is moved together with the flap when the flap is moved between the closed position and the opened position, and wherein the second actuation part is to be fastened on the component, locking means with a locking reception provided on the first or second actuation part and a locking element provided on the other of first or second actuation part, wherein the locking element engages in the locking reception upon a movement of the first actuation part with the flap from its opened position into its closed position, whereby the locking element holds the first actuation part against a spring pretension in a locking position on the second actuation part, and a remote unlocking device, wherein the remote unlocking device comprises drive means, which can be actuated from a place distant from the actuation parts such that the locking element is retracted from the locking reception, whereby the first actuation part, driven by the spring pretension, disengages from the second actuation part and moves together with the flap at least partially into its opened position.

Actuation device

A tank flap or charging flap arrangement for a vehicle includes a housing body and a tank flap or charging flap mounted for pivot between a closed position and an open position by means of an actuating arrangement. A locking device releasably locks the flap in the closed position. The actuating arrangement includes a pivot arm mounted pivotably at a first end on the housing body and connected pivotably at a second end to the flap and a control lever connected pivotably at a first end to the flap. Pivot axes of the pivotable connections of pivot arm and control lever to the flap run parallel to and offset laterally from one another. During movement of the flap between the closed and the open position, the control lever is guided at a second end an elongated hole in the pivot arm and in a guide curve of the housing body.

Tank flap or charging flap arrangement

A filler neck for filling fuel into a vehicle tank includes a closure flap mounted for pivot between a closed position closing the filler neck and an open position releasing the filler neck and which is prestressed into the closed position by spring prestressing and is pivotable into the open position from the closed position by a fuel pump nozzle being hooked into a hooking-in position in the filler neck. A liquid outlet opening permits liquid accumulating in the filler neck when the closure flap is closed to drain out of the filler neck. A closure element is prestressed into an open position releasing the liquid outlet opening. The closure element is arranged and designed in such a manner that, by the fuel pump nozzle being hooked into the hooking-in position, the closure element is moved counter to the prestressing into a closure position closing the liquid outlet opening.

Filler neck

A system including a component which can be mounted movably in or on an automobile and an actuating apparatus for the component, the actuating apparatus having a push-push mechanism which interacts with the component, it being possible for the component to be moved out of a closed position by manual exertion of a pressing force counter to the prestress of a spring into an unlocked position in order to unlock the push-push mechanism, out of which unlocked position the component is moved into a partially open position driven by the prestress of the spring, out of which partially open position the component can be moved into an open position by manual exertion of a pulling force.

System comprising a component and an actuating apparatus for the component

An improper fuel nozzle insertion-inhibiting assembly may include a cover having a nozzle inlet barrier door pivotally secured to the cover. The cover may include a safety-release groove that is configured to separate the cover into separate pieces upon exertion of sufficient force. A main body is secured to the cover and configured to connect to a fuel fill pipe. The main body may include a nozzle outlet barrier door pivotally secured to the main body. A debris filter may be secured to one or both of the cover and/or the main body. The debris filter is configured to prevent debris from passing into an internal chamber. A pivot-restricting member(s) may be secured within the internal chamber. The pivot-restricting member(s) is configured to prevent one or both of the nozzle inlet barrier door and the nozzle outlet barrier door from over-pivoting. At least one seal member may be configured to sealingly engage at least portions of the fuel fill pipe, the cover, and the main body.

Improper fuel nozzle insertion-inhibiting assembly

A charging housing or filler neck housing for insertion into a body opening in a motor vehicle comprises a housing body with a passage opening. A plug-in charging connector or a tank filler pipe can be inserted into the passage opening, and a sealing ring is arranged on the passage opening. The sealing ring has an annular sealing body, from which a first elastic sealing lip and a second elastic sealing lip extend, wherein the first sealing lip is designed to bear against a plug-in charging connector or tank filler pipe inserted into the passage opening, and wherein the second sealing lip is designed to bear against a closure flap closing the filler neck housing or charging housing.

An actuation device for a flap mounted pivotably on a compartment, with a push-push kinematic, includes a first actuation part to be fastened on the flap and a second actuation part to be fastened on the component. The first actuation part engages with the second actuation part when the flap is moved from its opened position into its closed position, so that after a first stroke of the first actuation part in the direction of the second actuation part and a subsequent backstroke of the first actuation part, the actuation parts are held on each other in an arresting position. The arresting position is released by a second stroke of the first actuation part in the direction of the second actuation part so that the flap can be moved into its opened position, wherein the first actuation part and the second actuation part are disengaged.

The invention relates to an actuation device for a flap mounted moveably on a component between a closed position and an opened position, in particular for a flap mounted moveably on a housing of an automobile, comprising: a first actuation part and a second actuation part which are designed to engage with one another in a movement direction, locking means with a locking reception provided on the first or second actuation part and a locking element provided on the other of the first or second actuation part, wherein the locking element engages in the locking reception during engagement of the actuation parts and thus holds the actuation parts together in a locking position, wherein the locking reception has sufficient size so that in the locking position a relative movement between the locking element and the locking reception in the movement direction of the actuation parts and thereby a corresponding relative movement of the actuation parts in their movement direction with regard to one another is possible, and a sensor device which is designed to detect a relative movement between the locking element and the locking reception in the movement direction in the locking position.

Disclosed is a fixing device for fixing an actuation device with push-push kinematics on a component of a motor vehicle. The fixing device includes a housing with a guiding element and a locking recess on its outer surface, an opening in the component for inserting the actuation device, a guiding element on the component, and a locking projection on the component. The guiding elements of the actuation device and the component corporate such that the actuation device is guided into the opening in a predetermined rotational position, and the locking projection and the locking recess lock with each other upon the actuation device being inserted fully into the opening in the predetermined rotational position, and thus fix the actuation device on the component. The locking can be released again by rotating of the actuation device out of the predetermined rotational position.

Fixing device for fixing an actuation device with push-push kinematics

An actuation device including, a housing, a pusher supported in the housing, a spring in the housing, which biases the pusher out of the housing, a ring surrounding the pusher over a part of its axial moving range, at least one groove extending on the outside of the pusher at least in sections helically about the longitudinal axis of the pusher, a first diverting surface on the pusher between the groove and the inner actuation end, at least one locking recess on the pusher in circumferential distance to the at least one first diverting surface and being opened towards the outer actuation end, at least one second diverting surface between the locking recess and the groove, which extends obliquely with regard to the axis of the pusher, and which second diverting surface engages with the at least one projection of the ring under certain conditions.

A drive for actuating a flap pivotably supported in or on an automobile includes a push-push kinematics. The kinematics includes a pushbar axially displaceably supported in a housing and having an external actuation end cooperating with the flap. A rotatable ring encloses the pushbar. A groove runs parallel to the pushbar axis and engages with a protrusion at the inner circumference of the ring. A first deflection face runs obliquely to the pushbar axis and cooperates with the protrusion of the ring to rotate this ring when the pushbar is pushed into the housing. A locking recess situated at the pushbar for receiving the protrusion when the pushbar is released, to lock the pushbar in the housing. A second deflection face runs obliquely to the pushbar axis and cooperates with the protrusion when the pushbar is moved out of the locked position by being pushed farther into the housing.

Actuation means for a rotatably supported flap in an automobile comprising a push-push kinematics

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing barber scissors (), wherein the scissor blades () are pre-shaped from blanks by a predetermined degree of curvature in the direction facing away from the edge. This is followed by a step of welding on a hard metal material in the form of a welding bead on respective mutually facing faces of the scissor blades () in order to form the edges (), wherein the preliminary curvature of the scissor blades () is neutralized owing to the influence of heat during the welding process. Subsequently the welding beads are ground so as to form the edges (), and the scissor halves () are pre-set and hardened. Then the barber scissors () are hard-set in the assembled condition. The invention furthermore relates to barber scissors () having such a configuration. Here the edges () are present as massive material over the entire thickness of the scissor blades (), so that even severally repeated re-grinding or re-setting of the barber scissors () is possible without any loss of functionality.

A fuel door housing for the fueling of an automobile including a tub-like body, a flap which is hingely linked to the body, a thrust spring biasing the flap toward an opened position, a locking element having a locking and an unlocking position, and an actuating element for placing the locking element into the unlocking position. The locking element is moved towards the unlocking position through a one-way transmission of the actuating element upon a movement of the flap into its closed position or beyond thereof, respectively, and the locking element completely engages the catching element upon arrival of the flap at its closed position. A casing is formed at the inner side of the body. The locking element and parts of the actuating elements are accommodated by the casing, and a locking portion of the locking element is sealingly extended through a wall portion of the casing facing the catching element.
