A pump stage assembly for supplying lubricating oil, comprising: at least two pump suction stages and at least one pump pressure stage. The pump suction stages and the pump pressure stage are spaced apart from one another in a pump housing PG and have a common drive shaft. The pump suction stages are formed by a first assembly of at least three intermeshing external gearwheels and wherein the pump pressure stage is formed by a second assembly of two intermeshing external gearwheels. Here at least two respective tooth center points of the first external gearwheel assembly and the respective tooth center points of the second external gearwheel assembly are arranged in a common plane E-E which intersects the pump housing PG in a longitudinal direction.

Pump stage assembly, external gear pump, use of a pump stage assembly and vehicle transmission

A pump stage assembly including at least two pump suction stages and at least one pump pressure stage. The pump suction stages and the pump pressure stage are arranged spaced apart from one another in a pump housing PG and have a common drive shaft. The pump suction stages are formed by a first assembly of intermeshing external gearwheels that lie in a first plane, and the pump pressure stage is formed by a second assembly of intermeshing external gearwheels that lie in a second plane. A first delivery volume flow can be drawn in from a first region of a dry sump by a first pump suction stage, and a second delivery volume flow can be drawn in from a second region of the dry sump by a second pump suction stage. The two delivery volume flows intermix in the pump housing before they reach an oil tank.

A pump device for a motor vehicle includes: a pump having a first pump member and a second pump member, the first and second pump members being movable relative to one another; an electric drive having a drive housing and an output shaft rotatable with respect to the drive housing; and a gear mechanism, which couples the output shaft to the first pump member and, by reversing a direction of rotation of the electric drive, is switchable between a first and an opposite second transmission ratio. The gear mechanism has: a planet stage having a planet carrier rotationally fixed relative to the drive housing, and/or first and second freewheels, oppositely directed with respect to one another, and which are arranged axially behind one another, and/or the second pump member has a drive shaft rotatable relative to the output shaft.

Pump device

A positive displacement pump for pumping oil in a motor vehicle transmission comprises a pump stage that has a central kidney-shaped suction cavity and two kidney-shaped pressure cavities. Oil is selectively pumped via one kidney-shaped pressure cavity or the other kidney-shaped pressure cavity in accordance with the direction of rotation of the pump stage. This makes it possible to create, with little complexity, two operating stages for the positive displacement pump.

A pumping device for pumping oil in a transmission system of a hybrid drive for a motor vehicle has an oil pump and a direct drive for driving the rotor and an electric drive for driving a rotor part that surrounds the rotor. A stationary housing surrounds the rotor part and has an inlet connection and an outlet connection of the oil pump. The oil pump allows a selective drive via the direct drive or the electric drive in a simple manner.

A pumping device for pumping oil from a reservoir to a transmission of a motor vehicle includes: an oil pump, selectively drivable either by a mechanical direct drive or an activatable electric drive. The oil pump has: first and second components, the first and second components being movable relative to one another and being configured to deliver the oil, the mechanical direct drive being connected to one of the first and second components, and the activatable electric drive being connected to the other of the first and second components; a pump stage housing, in which the first and second components are arranged, the pump stage housing having two control disks and an interposed ring; and a pot-shaped component in which the pump stage housing is arranged.

Delivery device for delivering oil from a reservoir to a transmission of a motor vehicle

A pump device having a vane-type pump has a check valve in a fluid duct which leads from a pressure region to an under-vane region. The check valve blocks in the direction of the pressure region, preventing pressure from escaping from the under-vane region into the pressure region during the start-up of the vane-type pump.

Pump device for delivering a medium

A vane cell pump having an over vane pump associated with a first consumer and an under vane pump including an under vane pressure area and an under vane suction area which is connected to the over vane pump. The under vane pressure area is separated from the under vane suction area and is associated with a second consumer.
