The invention relates to a tandem pneumatic brake booster () for a vehicle. The objective is to prevent a blocking of a booster thrust rod () in the maximum travel position. The blocking appears following a sealed adhesion of a first plate skirt () on a seal () of the tandem booster. This seal blocks a vacuum in a first front chamber (). To prevent this blocking, provision is made to crenelate a first lip () pressed against the pneumatic piston () of a seal. Merlons prevent a sealed adhesion of the plate skirt () over the whole seal (). This absence of adhesion creates a leakage of air to the first front chamber () and allows a return to a rest position.

Tandem pneumatic brake booster

A fuel delivery device having a collecting receptacle disposed inside a storage tank and from which a delivery unit aspirates fuel and delivers it to an engine. A jet pump which delivers the fuel from the storage tank into the collecting receptacle is disposed close to a bottom of the collecting receptacle and feeds fuel into it through an ascending line that extends up into the vicinity of the upper rim of the collecting receptacle. A separate component is disposed on the outside of a peripheral wall of the collecting receptacle. The outside of the peripheral wall and/or the side of the component oriented toward the peripheral wall has an open channel. The component is tightly connected to the peripheral wall to cover the open channel and to form the ascending line. The collecting receptacle and the component can be easily produced along with the open channel and the component can be attached to the collecting receptacle with a minimum of effort.

Device for transporting fuel from a reservoir to an internal combustion engine

A fuel delivery device including a closure element, which closes an opening of a fuel tank and has a cup-shaped receptacle, which opens toward the outside of the fuel tank, contains the fuel filter, and can be closed by a cover element, which can be detachably fastened to the closure element. An elastic sealing ring, which is clamped between the closure element and the cover element, seals the receptacle. In the vicinity of the sealing ring, the closure element has at least one opening via which the receptacle communicates with the interior of the fuel tank. When the cover element is fastened onto the closure element, the sealing ring, starting from a non-deformed original shape, is elastically deformed in such a way that it closes the at least one opening. When the cover element is detached from the closure element, the sealing ring returns to its original shape in which it unblocks the at least one opening. This produces a pressure relief into the interior of the fuel tank when the cover element is detached.

Fuel supply device of an internal combustion engine with a fuel filter

The armature (,) has metal segments (,) separated from each other by grooves (,) distributed around its circumference on a front side thereof. Commutator covers (,) are placed on the segments (,) and soldered with the segments (,) in order to form the plane commutator (,). The commutator cover (,) has respective recesses (,) in its front side facing the metal segments, which correspond in their size and shape at least approximately to the segments (,). When the commutator cover (,) is assembled in the armature each segment (,) is inserted in a corresponding recess (,) of the commutator cover (,) and is soldered in the recess (,). Side surfaces of the segments (,) facing in the circumferential direction and edge surfaces pointing radially inwardly are covered by the commutator covers (,). The commutator covers (,) are positioned exactly by the metal segments (,) inserted in their recesses and are separated from each other by comparatively small slots (,) in the armature.
