A crankshaft and conrod assembly () comprising a crankshaft () and a conrod (), wherein the crankshaft () comprises at least one main journal () and one crankpin journal (), where the crankshaft () is provided with an oil supply structure for supplying the crankpin journal () with lubrication oil and the conrod () with an oil pressure, wherein the oil supply structure comprises: an oil supply conduit () provided between the main journal and the crankpin journal (), at least a first and a second oil supply opening () provided at the crankpin journal (), and a connection point () where the oil supply conduit () connects to the first and second oil supply opening ().

Crankshaft and conrod assembly

A control ring for controlling the flow of a pressure medium in a displacement pump is provided. The control extends along a first rotational axis, and includes a first and a second axial surface. The first axial surface has an interface section provided with at least a first and a second opening, which first and second openings are arc shaped and are separated by a first and a second land. The first land is provided with a first tapered groove extending from the first opening into the first land, and having its broader edge in a direction of the first opening and its tip in a direction of the second opening. The first tapered groove extends into the first land such that an angular distance between the first and second openings over the first land is different at different radial distances.

Displacement pump and a control ring for a displacement pump

A hydraulic device () comprising a housing () and a gerotor () contained within the housing (), the gerotor () having an inner rotor () eccentrically disposed within an outer ring (), the outer ring having a central axis (), the outer ring () being fixed to the housing, the inner rotor () having external lobes () extending radially outwardly engaging the outer ring () having internal lobes () extending radially inwardly, the inner rotor () being arranged for orbital and rotational movement relative the outer ring (), wherein the orbital and rotational movement will define a plurality of expanding and contracting volume pressure chambers () between the inner rotor () and the outer ring (). The hydraulic device () comprises a fluid feeder tube () with a central axis (), the fluid feeder tube () is provided with at least one fluid inlet line () and at least one fluid outlet line (), the inner rotor () is adapted to slide against a drive shaft cylinder (), the drive shaft cylinder () having a circumference which is eccentrically disposed relative the central axis (), the inner rotor () comprises at least one radial fluid feeder channel () disposed radially from the center of and through the inner rotor () and out to at least one of the plurality of expanding and contracting volume pressure chambers (), wherein said fluid inlet line () and said fluid outlet line () respectively are radially connectable to said radial fluid feeder channel () for fluid communication into and out from said expanding and contracting volume pressure chambers ().

Gerotor hydraulic device with adjustable output

A combustion engine component comprises an assembly of a belt pulley for driving auxiliary engine equipment and a torsional vibration damper. The assembly is adapted to be fixed on an engine crankshaft, wherein the belt pulley is of a so called decoupling type, arranged to be able to change its rotational angle relative to the crankshaft and the torsional vibration damper. The torsional vibration damper is partially positioned in a corresponding annular recess in the belt pulley, creating an annular cavity in the recess between the torsional vibration damper and the belt pulley. An annular seal ring is positioned in the annular cavity and is arranged to close off at least a part of the annular cavity from the air surrounding the assembly.

Noise damping arrangement for a combustion engine component assembly

A gerotor pump including a housing which includes a first supply socket and a second supply socket, an inner rotor, and an outer rotor rotatably located relative the housing. The inner rotor is located within the outer rotor, lobes of the inner and the outer rotors are engaged, and the inner rotor is centered around a rotational axis which is eccentric from an axis of rotation of the outer rotor. A pressure chamber with a high pressure and a low pressure section is defined between the inner and outer rotors. The inner rotor is rotatably arranged on a shaft cylinder which is fixed at one end of a central drive shaft of the pump and is centered about the rotational axis, whereby the inner rotor wanders in the outer rotor when the central drive shaft is turned. The inner rotor is provided with radial supply conduits extending from the pressure chambers to the shaft cylinder. The shaft cylinder is provided with at least a first and a second cylinder opening, such that the first cylinder opening is axially displaced relative the second cylinder opening, and the first opening is arranged such that it is connected to the high pressure section, and the second cylinder opening is arranged such that it is connected to the low pressure section.
