A hard surface cleaning concentrate packet, is provided including: water soluble film; concentrated hard surface cleaning composition, comprising: glycol ether of formula IR—O—[CHCH(R)O]—H  (I)wherein Ris a linear or branched Calkyl group; wherein each Ris independently selected from hydrogen and methyl; and wherein a is 1 to 3; a nonionic surfactant of formula II wherein w is 5 to 40; wherein Ris a hydrogen and a linear or branched Calkyl group; wherein Ris selected from a linear or branched Calkyl group and a linear or branched Chydroxyalkyl group; wherein each Ris independently hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, iso-propyl, n-butyl, 2-butyl and 2-methyl-2-butyl; and with the proviso that sum of the total number of carbon atoms in Rand Ris 5 to 21; and a tertiary amine; wherein the water soluble film encapsulates the concentrated hard surface cleaning composition.

An antifoam granule includes a carrier and an antifoam compound deposited on the carrier. The antifoam granule is formed using a method that includes providing an emulsion and contacting the emulsion with a carrier to deposit the antifoam compound on the carrier and form the antifoam granule. The emulsion includes an oil phase, an aqueous phase, and a silicone polyether. The oil phase includes an antifoam compound. The antifoam compound includes a hydrophobic fluid and a hydrophobic filler dispersed in the hydrophobic fluid. The aqueous phase includes a binder and water. The emulsion is formed using a method that includes combining the oil phase, the aqueous phase, and the silicone polyether to form the emulsion. The antifoam granule is also utilized in a method of facilitating rinsing of a detergent from a substrate that includes applying the detergent, including the antifoam granule, to the substrate and rinsing the substrate.

A granulated antifoam composition comprising an antifoam, a siloxane wax binder, and a carrier. The antifoam includes a hydrophobic fluid wherein the hydrophobic fluid has a surface tension which is greater than or approximately equal to the dynamic surface tension of an aqueous dispersion of the detergent at above the critical micelle concentration of the surfactant and less than about 62 mN/m. The antifoam further includes a finely divided solid hydrophobic filler dispersed in the hydrophobic fluid.
