A device for managing material delivery productivity is disclosed. The device may receive information identifying a job site, a load zone, a dump zone, a quantity of loads, and a material. The device may provide, to a user device associated with a machine, information indicating that the load zone, the dump zone, the quantity of loads, and the material are assigned to the machine, and may receive, over a time period, location information associated with the machine. The device may determine statuses of the machine over the time period and based on the location information, and may calculate a dump count of the material and a quantity of material delivery cycles, for the machine and at a particular time, based on the statuses of the machine. The device may perform an action based on the dump count of the material and the quantity of material delivery cycles.

Managing material delivery productivity

A device for managing material handling productivity is disclosed. The device may receive information identifying a moving zone for a job site, a quantity of loads for the moving zone, and a material for the moving zone, and may identify a first machine, from multiple machines, to assign to the moving zone, the quantity of loads, and the material. The device may provide, to a first user device associated with the first machine, information indicating that the moving zone, the quantity of loads, and the material are assigned to the first machine. The device may receive, from the first user device, location information associated with the first user device and the first machine, and may provide the location information to a second user device, associated with a second machine, to enable the second machine to travel to the first machine.

Managing material handling productivity

A counterweight attachment and removal system includes a machine mounting bracket and a link having two spaced apart arms. A proximal end of the link is pivotably coupled with the machine mounting bracket. A rotate cylinder has a proximal end pivotably coupled with the machine mounting bracket and a distal end pivotably coupled with a distal end of the link. A slide cylinder has a proximal end pivotably coupled with the link and a distal end pivotably coupled with a lift pin. The lift pin is positioned through slots defined by the two spaced apart arms. The counterweight attachment and removal system includes a first configuration in which the link is pivoted away from the machine mounting bracket, the rotate cylinder is retracted, the slide cylinder is extended, and the lift pin is positioned through distal portions of the slots. According to a second configuration, the link is pivoted toward the machine mounting bracket, the rotate cylinder is extended, the slide cylinder is retracted, and the lift pin is positioned through proximal portions of the slots.
