A head-mounted display device, including a front assembly and a wearable assembly, is provided. The wearable assembly is connected to the front assembly and is adapted for wearing the front assembly to a user's face. The wearable assembly includes a cradle, a coupling mechanism, multiple side headbands, a button, and a position returning member. When the button is pressed relative to the cradle, the button drives the coupling mechanism not to be coupled to the side headbands, so that the side headbands can move freely relative to the cradle to adjust the distance between the cradle and the front assembly. When the button is released relative to the cradle, the position returning member drives the coupling mechanism to be coupled to the side headbands, and tighten the side headbands relative to the cradle through the coupling mechanism.

Head-mounted display device and wearable assembly

A head mounted display device, including a main body, a headband component, two earphone components, and two driving modules, is provided. The headband component includes two opposite headband connectors. The two headband connectors are respectively rotatably arranged on two opposite sides of the main body along a first axis. The two earphone components respectively include two earphone connectors. The two earphone connectors are respectively rotatably arranged on the two sides of the main body along two parallel second axes, and the two earphone connectors are located beside the two headband connectors of the headband component. The two driving modules are respectively arranged between the two headband connectors and the two earphone connectors, and the two earphone connectors are linked to the two headband connectors. When the two headband connectors of the headband component rotate relative to the main body along the first axis, the two driving modules drive the two earphone connectors to rotate in opposite directions relative to the main body along the two second axes.

A method for recognizing finger gesture, operating by receiving a signal of finger movement from a controller, wherein the controller includes a plurality of finger sensors, and the signal of finger movement is generated by at least one of the finger sensors sensing that at least one of fingers of a user touches or approaches the controller, defining a range of the controller that is touched by the fingers according to the signal of finger movement, and suspending operation of the finger sensors outside of the range, and determining a finger gesture constituted by the fingers according to the signal of finger movement to generate a signal of finger gesture corresponding to the finger gesture.

Controller for finger gesture recognition and method for recognizing finger gesture

A controller for finger gesture recognition, including a griping body, a manipulating component and a sensing component, is provided. The griping body includes a head portion and a griping portion which is opposite to the head portion and includes a plurality of finger contact areas. The manipulating component is disposed on the head portion, and the sensing component includes a plurality of finger sensors which are disposed in the finger contact areas, respectively. A method for recognizing finger gesture is also provided, including steps of: receiving a signal of finger movement from the controller, wherein the signal of finger movement is generated by at least one of the finger sensors sensing that at least one of user's fingers contacts or approaches the controller; determining a finger gesture constituted by the fingers according to the signal of finger movement; and generating a signal of finger gesture corresponding to the finger gesture.
