A retractable column structure includes a metal outer tubular member, a retaining bracket, and an inner tubular member. The outer tubular member includes a wall having outer, inner and end surfaces. The outer tubular member includes slots extending from the end surface to the inner surface. A rear end of each slot includes a hook protruding out of the inner surface. The retaining bracket includes a frame member abutted against the wall and locking hooks inserted into the inner surface and locked onto each corresponding hook. The inner tubular member moveably penetrates into the retaining bracket disposed between the tubular members and is concealed inside the outer tubular member. Accordingly, excellent support of inner and outer tubular members can be achieved for stable sliding therebetween.

Retractable column structure

A linear actuator () with a buffering mechanism includes an actuator main body (), a quick release mechanism () and a buffering member (). The actuator main body () includes a housing base (), an outer tube () connected to the housing base () and an extendable tube () penetrating into the outer tube (). The quick release mechanism () is installed on the actuator main body (). The buffering member () is arranged at one side of the outer tube (). One end of the buffering member () is connected to the outer tube () or the housing base (), and another end of the buffering member () is connected to the extendable tube (). Accordingly, the impact force generated during the rapid retraction of the extendable tube can be reduced.

Linear actuator with buffering mechanism

A linear actuator includes a sliding rod, a motor and a buffer assembly. The motor connects the sliding rod to drive the sliding rod. The buffer assembly is disposed at an end of the sliding rod and includes an elastic element and an outer sleeve. The elastic element is received in the outer sleeve. The sliding rod connects the outer sleeve. The outer sleeve is movable along an axial direction of the sliding rod. The elastic element separately pushes an inner wall of the outer sleeve and the sliding rod. The elastic element is pre-compressed along the axial direction of the sliding rod. The buffer assembly can absorb vibration and impact caused by the motor driving the sliding rod.

Linear actuator

A retractable column structure includes an outer tubular member (), a retaining bracket () and an inner tubular member (). Linear actuator and buffer assembly thereof

An actuator with switchable releasing speed includes an actuation rod, a screw, and a motor. The motor drives the screw rotating so that the actuation rod axially moves relative to the screw. The motor includes a stator, a rotor, a plurality of commutators, and at least three brushes. The at least three brushes have a positive brush, a negative brush, and at least one auxiliary brush. The positive brush is connected to a positive DC voltage. One of the negative brush and the least one auxiliary brush is adjusted to connect to a negative DC voltage so as to change a rotational speed of the rotor, thereby controlling a movement speed of the actuation rod. Accordingly, the releasing speed of the actuator is switchable.

Actuator with switchable releasing speed

A linear actuator includes a housing, motors, actuator members, clutch members, a base, a clutch driver, and a pulling handle. The motors are disposed in the housing. The actuator members are respectively disposed in the housing and corresponding to a respective one of the motors. Each clutch member is connected between a respective one of the motors and a respective corresponding one of the actuator members. The base is disposed on an outer surface of the housing, a flange is disposed on an outer surface of the base, and a guiding slot is formed on the base. The clutch driver is in the base and connected to each of the clutch members. A cam contacting against the flange is formed on an end of the pulling handle, and a shaft is inserted through the end. The shaft is inserted through the guiding slot to connect the clutch driver.

A control method of an electrical adjustable table is provided. The control method of the electrical adjustable table includes following steps. Initialize an internal setting value or a user setting value. Enter a static status. Extend or shrink a table foot for adjusting the height of a table plate heading to a first direction according to an operation to a hand control device. Stop adjusting the height of the table plate when a motion sensor unit is used and detects the table plate tilted during adjusting the height of the table plate. The method effectively prevents the table plate to keep lifting when the table plate hits an obstacle to avoid objects fallen, the obstacle damaged or malfunction of the electrical adjustable table.

Control method for electrical adjustable table

A liftable table foot frame () that is easily assembled includes a horizontal frame body (), a post (), a side wing () and a linking mechanism (). The horizontal frame body () includes a horizontal rod (). One end of the post () pivotally connects to the horizontal rod (). The side wing () includes a plate body () and inserting blocks () connected to the plate body (). The inserting blocks () separately couple with an end of the horizontal rod (). The linking mechanism () connects the post () and the side wing (). When the post () is turned out relative to the horizontal rod (), the inserting blocks () are driven toward the horizontal rod () through the linking mechanism () to tense and position. Thus, easiness and convenience of assembling can be increased.

Liftable table foot frame that is easily assembled

A linear actuator includes a housing, a transmission assembly, a slider, and a motor. The housing includes a base case and a cover case which are opposite combined with each other. A screw bracket is formed on an outer surface of the base case. The transmission assembly includes a worm and a worm wheel disposed at an end of the worm. The slider is disposed on the housing and engaged with the worm. The motor is screwed to the screw bracket and disposed out of the base case. The motor has an actuating shaft penetrating into the base case and engaged with the worm wheel. The motor can be fixed to the screw bracket in advance, which facilitates the assembly of the transmission assembly to the base case.

An actuator with a safety mechanism includes a gear box (), a motor (), a driven gear (), a transmission (), a retractable tube () and a push switch (). The transmission () has a guiding threaded rod () and a touch element (). When the retractable tube () is limited during moving, the transmission () will linearly move toward a direction of the retractable tube () and the motor () is stopped operating by touching the push switch () with the touch element (). Thereby, an anti-pinch effect and increase of safety of using products can be accomplished.

Actuator with safety mechanism

An electrical adjustable table having a table plate, a table foot, a lifting structure, a hand control device, a motion sensor unit, and a control box is provided. The electrical adjustable table adjusts a height of the table plate heading to a first direction after receiving an operation sent via the hand control device, and stops adjusting the height of the table plate after sensing the table plate is tilted via the motion sensor unit during adjusting the height of the table plate.

A modular actuator () includes an actuation module (), a gear module () and a telescoping module (). The actuation module () includes a motor () and a drive worm () driven by the motor (). The gear module () includes a gearbox () and a deceleration gear assembly () disposed in the gearbox (). Modular actuator

A high-load linear actuator includes a driving mechanism, a worm shaft, a worm wheel assembly, a lead screw, a telescopic pipe and an outer pipe. The driving mechanism includes a base and a motor. The base has a supporting portion and an accommodating portion. The motor is fixed to the supporting portion. The worm shaft extends from the motor into the supporting portion. The worm wheel assembly includes a worm wheel and two bearings for supporting the worm wheel in the accommodating portion. The worm wheel is engaged with the worm shaft. The lead screw is disposed through the worm wheel and driven by the motor for rotation. The telescopic pipe slips on the lead screw to be threadedly connected therewith. The outer pipe slips on the telescopic pipe. The rotation of the lead screw drives the telescopic pipe to linearly extend or retract relative to the outer pipe.
