Provided is a displacement sensor having a modular structure that allows further downsizing. A housing of a head is made up of a main housing and a lid member, both of which are precision molded products made of a metal material. A first holder to which a light projector is bonded and a second holder to which a light receiver is bonded are individually positioned on and bonded to the lid member. This work is performed by a mounting device. Optical components such as a light projecting lens are also bonded to the lid member, and the lid member modularized by incorporating such optical components is assembled and welded to the main housing.

Displacement sensor

To realize both toughness and size reduction of a safety switch. A safety switch is a safety switch into and from which a bolt of an actuator is inserted and pulled out. The safety switch includes a casing having a shape elongated along a first direction, a metal head having a receiving space for receiving the bolt of the actuator and provided on a first end side of the casing in the first direction, a detector for detecting a first state in which the bolt is received in the receiving space, a lock mechanism, a switching device and a first attachment portion provided in the head and having a first attachment hole into which a first attachment member is inserted.

Safety switch

Provided is an optical displacement sensor that allows a housing serving as a head to be downsized. A relay cable extending from the head is integrated with a body. The head is primarily responsible for projecting and receiving light to and from a to-be-detected object, while the body is made up of a power supply circuit, a display, and an operation part. The head includes a green laser light source and emits the green laser light to form a spot on a surface of the to-be-detected object.

Photoelectric switch and sensor unit

To make a display in a photoelectric switch easy to see for a user. A photoelectric switch includes a housing having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. A display is attached to a first surface of the outer surface of the housing. A control board is housed on the inside of the housing. A controller is mounted on the control board. The first surface includes a hole-like or cutout-like opening section for allowing a signal cable to pass from the outside to the inside of the housing. The signal cable electrically connects the control board disposed on the inside of the housing and the display disposed on the outside of the housing. A cover member includes a window section for exposing a display region of the display and covers a non-display region of the display. The cover member is provided outside the housing.

Photoelectric switch and sensor unit comprising a display control unit

Provided is a safety scanner capable of obtaining uniform optical performance for a view angle of 180&#xb0; or more. The safety scanner includes an optical rotator that emits detection light from a light source to a detection area and causes the detection light to perform scanning in a circumferential direction, a light receiving element that receives reflected light from an object within the detection area through the optical rotator, a casing that houses the light receiving element. The casing includes a canopy part, a bottom part facing the canopy part, and a coupling part that couples a rear end of the canopy part to a rear end of the bottom part. The protective cover includes a window formed in a circular arc shape, corresponding to an optical path of the detection light and the reflected light, having a central angle larger than 180&#xb0; with respect to the rotation axis.

Safety scanner

This invention provides a light scanning photoelectric switch with which various settings of the light scanning photoelectric switch such as setting of a protection area can be easily set. The light scanning photoelectric switch includes: a display unit having a display screen that displays information including at least one of a status of a safety function of the light scanning photoelectric switch, and information of a failure status; and an operating unit provided in vicinity of the display unit, and for switching the information displayed in the display screen to different one of the safety signal, the result of the determination, setting contents of the light scanning photoelectric switch, the status of the safety function of the light scanning photoelectric switch, and the information of the failure status.

Light scanning photoelectric switch

In the head portion, the thermopile is arranged substantially in the center of the head portion. The preamplifier board is arranged near the thermopile. The heat diffusion member made of a high heat conductive material is arranged so as to surround the thermopile and the preamplifier board. The main board and the laser diode are arranged between the upper surface of the head casing and the upper surface of the heat diffusion member. The power supply board and the laser diode are arranged between the down surface of the head casing and the down surface of the heat diffusion member. The thermopile, the preamplifier board, the main board, the power supply board, and the laser diodes are arranged out of contact with the heat diffusion member.
