Disclosed is a an in-cell type display device including a touch screen function which is capable of preventing a luminance from being changed in accordance with a viewing angle, and omitting a process of connecting touch electrodes provided in an upper substrate with Tx driver and Rx driver connected with a lower substrate, wherein the display device includes a lower substrate, a thin film transistor layer including thin film transistors provided on the lower substrate, an encapsulation layer provided on the thin film transistor layer, color filters provided on the encapsulation layer, a black matrix provided between the color filters and provided on the encapsulation layer, and first touch electrodes overlapped with the black matrix.

Discussed is a display device and a fabricating method thereof according to an embodiment, in which an organic-inorganic composite film is patterned without a mask by using an anti-film layer, and a residual anti-film layer protects a pad portion. The display device comprises a lower substrate; pixels arranged on a display area of the lower substrate; pads arranged on a non-display area of the lower substrate; an encapsulation layer arranged on the pixels; and an anti-film layer arranged on the pads as a molecular layer having a thickness of a single molecule. Also, the fabricating method of the display device comprises the steps of forming pads on a non-display area of a lower substrate and forming pixels on a display area; and forming an anti-film layer on the pixels as a molecular layer having a thickness of a single molecule.

In one embodiment, a display device comprises: a substrate including an emissive area that emits light and a non-emissive area that does not emit light; a transistor over the substrate; a light emitting device over the transistor, the light emitting device including a first electrode, a light emitting layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the light emitting layer; a contact hole in the emissive area of the substrate, the contact hole positioned between the transistor and the light emitting device; and an auxiliary electrode in the contact hole, the auxiliary electrode electrically connecting together the first electrode of the light emitting device and the transistor.

A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting device is disclosed. In one embodiment, the method includes an organic light emitting diode comprising a first electrode, a light emission layer, and a second electrode on a substrate; forming a first protection film by loading the substrate on which the organic light emitting diode has been formed to an inkjet device in a first direction; and forming a second protection film by loading the substrate on which the first protection film has been formed in a second direction, the first and the second direction being formed differently from each other.
