A vehicle assist handle is formed so that a guide block is mounted on a surface of a headliner on which the assist handle is mounted and which is fixedly fitted into or separated from the guide block in a sliding manner to be used for other purposes by separating the assist handle from the surface of the headliner. The vehicle assist handle may be pushed in a direction parallel to the surface of the headliner to be assembled or separated when slidably guided to the guide block. The guide block can support a weight of an occupant applied to the assist handle. The vehicle assist handle can be used safely and conveniently. In addition, as a sunglass case, a storage case, or a rack may be fixedly coupled to the guide block in the sliding manner.

An opening structure for a roof airbag includes: a roof lining having an opening; the roof airbag disposed at an interior side of the roof lining; a roof airbag door disposed at the opening in the roof lining at a position where the roof airbag is deployed; and a fixation unit positioned between the roof airbag door and the roof lining. The roof airbag door has an outer lining inserted into and overlapping the roof lining.

A vanity lamp is inserted such that a flange is in close contact with an edge of a mounting hole formed in a surface of a headliner, and a wing is rotated to be in close contact with the surface of the headliner to perform provisional assembling such that an edge portion of the mounting hole is provisionally assembled between the flange and the wing, thereby provisionally assembling the vanity lamp to the headliner without additionally mounting a lamp plate. Particularly, the wing is formed on the vanity lamp to be forcibly rotated, and a ledge is formed on a foldable central portion such that the wing is hooked on the ledge while facing the flange, and thereby anyone can easily and conveniently perform assembly by easily provisionally assembling the vanity lamp in the mounting hole.

The headlining also has a heat shielding function for a vehicle, in which carbon nanotubes as the heat shielding material are used to provide the heat shielding and weight lighting effects and also to simultaneously improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle.

A headlining having a heat shielding function for a vehicle and a manufacturing method for producing the headlining, in which a heat shielding layer having a heat shielding effect is stacked on a polyurethane foam sheet as a substrate having an excellent insulating effect and integrally formed therewith to prevent heat from being transferred to an inside of the vehicle through a roof panel occupying a wide portion exposed to an outside of the vehicle. In so doing, it is possible to create comfortable indoor environment of the vehicle even in hot summertime, to restrict an increase in an internal temperature of the vehicle and thus to reduce an operation time of an air conditioner and to enhance fuel efficiency of the vehicle.

A method of mounting a cable on a headliner and a headliner used therefor, that are capable of simplifying an attachment process by attaching the cable to the headliner using an attaching cloth, and preventing the attached cable from being easily separated from the headliner and securely fixing the cable to reduce generation of noises. The method is capable of easily recognizing a cable mounting position and arbitrarily adjusting the cable mounting position to a width of an attaching cloth. A worker may easily perform an assembly process by attaching the cable using the attaching cloth, separating an incorrectly attached cable and then attaching the cable thereto again. The attaching cloth may be at a mounting position of a headliner opposite to a roof panel and at which a cable is mounted, and at an outer circumferential surface of the cable, respectively.

Method of mounting cable on headliner and headliner used therefor

A high stiffness waterproof roof panel pad for a vehicle, which is configured by stacking and laminating a waterproof reinforcing layer coated with PE layers on both surfaces of a urethane foam pad, thereby reinforcing the stiffness of a vehicle body panel, preventing the pad from becoming wet due to dew condensation and thus increasing noise and vibration reduction effects and having a waterproof function. Additionally, a method of manufacturing the waterproof roof panel pad includes preparing a hard urethane foam pad, preparing a waterproof reinforcing layer of which both surfaces are coated with PE layers, stacking the waterproof reinforcing layer on both surfaces of the urethane foam pad, laminating the PE layer in contact with the urethane foam pad and integrally forming the urethane foam pad and the waterproof reinforcing layer, and performing a cutting operation according to a shape and a size of a roof panel.
