A multiple heat source-type preheating device for a machining apparatus is provided. The multiple heat source-type preheating device for a machining apparatus includes a first heat source provision module and a second heat source provision module. The first heat source provision module is installed to be moved along a portion of a material to be machined along with a spindle adapted to rotate a tool at high speed, and is configured to preheat the portion of the material to be machined by providing a heat source thereto. The second heat source provision module is installed to be moved along with the first heat source provision module, and is configured to preheat the portion of the material to be machined by providing a heat source thereto while preceding or following the first heat source provision module.

Multiple heat source-type preheating device for machining apparatus

Disclosed is a method for, when a surface of a workpiece is preheated with a laser beam during milling, calculating an optimum preheating temperature according to a type of the workpiece and controlling a surface preheating temperature. The method includes: a processing condition inputting step; a matching step; a loading step; a preheating step; a measuring step; a comparing step; an ending step; a lower limit determining step; an output increasing step; and an output decreasing step.

The present invention provides a preload control device of a magnetic bearing, which includes a main shaft, a housing, a first magnetic bearing mechanism, a second magnetic bearing mechanism, a pressing mechanism, and a sliding member. The main shaft is rotatably formed in the shape of a rod that is longitudinally long. The housing covers and is fixed outside the main shaft. The first magnetic bearing mechanism is disposed between the housing and the main shaft. The second magnetic bearing mechanism is spaced from the first magnetic bearing mechanism in the axial direction of the main shaft, between the housing and the main shaft. The pressing mechanism is disposed between the second magnetic bearing mechanism and the frusto-conical member. The sliding member is disposed between the pressing mechanism and the second magnetic bearing mechanism.
