A display device is provided and includes a display panel including a display area that displays an image and a pad area disposed at least at a side of the display area, and a flexible circuit film electrically connected to the pad area. The flexible circuit film includes connection pads, a first measurement pad, and a second measurement pad. The connection pads are arrayed in a first direction and inclined with respect to a reference line extending in a second direction different from the first direction, the first measurement pad is disposed adjacent to a first side of the connection pads, and the second measurement pad is disposed adjacent to a second side of the connection pads. The connection pads are between the first measurement pad and the second measurement pad.

A display device includes: a display panel including a plurality of pixels; a power management circuit configured to generate an analog power supply voltage; and a data driver configured to provide a pre-emphasis voltage and a data voltage to the plurality of pixels based on the analog power supply voltage, wherein the display device is configured to adjust a voltage level of the pre-emphasis voltage according to a distance from the data driver to each of the plurality of pixels to which the pre-emphasis voltage is applied, and wherein the display device is configured to adjust a voltage level of the analog power supply voltage according to the adjusted voltage level of the pre-emphasis voltage.

A display apparatus includes a display panel, a gate driver, a data driver and a gamma reference voltage generator. The display panel is configured to display an image based on input image data. The gate driver is configured to output a gate signal to the display panel. The data driver is configured to output a data voltage to the display panel. The gamma reference voltage generator includes a plurality of gamma amplifiers having varied bias currents. The gamma reference voltage generator is configured to generate gamma reference voltages and to output the gamma reference voltages to the data driver.

A curved display apparatus includes a curved display panel, a driver, a controller and a plurality of flexible substrates. The curved display panel extends in a tangential direction with respect to a first axis direction. The driver applies a driving signal to the curved display panel. The controller includes a curved printed circuit board extending in the tangential direction with respect to a first axis direction. The controller applies a control signal to the driver. The flexible substrates electrically connect the curved printed circuit board with the curved display panel. Each of the flexible substrates includes a first connection portion connected to the curved display panel, a second connection portion connected to the curved printed circuit board and a flexible substrate body connecting the first connection portion with the second connection portion. The flexible substrate body extends in a radial direction with respect to the first axis direction.
