The present invention provides a backlight module and display device thereof, including light-guiding plate, frame and a plurality of light sources disposed near incident surface of the light-guiding plate. The backlight module further includes an opaque layer, with one part attached to the frame and the other part disposed on light-emitting surface of light-guiding plate. The opaque layer shields and absorbs partial light emitted directly from the plurality of light sources and light from light-emitting surface covered by opaque layer. With such structure, the rim of the frame can be smaller, even when A/P ratio is less than 0.5, the hotspot phenomenon can be avoided. As such, the present invention improves the optical characteristics of the backlight module and the display quality of the display device, as well as simplifies the assembly and reduces assembly cost.

Disclosed are a backlight source and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the method of manufacturing the backlight source comprises the following steps: forming a base layer, a dielectric layer, and a conductive layer stacked successively from bottom to top to form a semi-finished PCB; the semi-finished PCB is divided into a light bar area and a heat dissipating area; the conductive layer is divided into a first conductive area and a second conductive area insulated from each other; etching the second conductive area to form a preset conductive circuit; spraying insulating paint upon the conductive layer to form the insulating layer, thus producing the PCB; and installing the LED onto the light bar area and making it in electrical connection with the second conductive area.

Backlight source and manufacturing method thereof

The invention discloses a backlight module and liquid crystal display device. The backlight module of liquid crystal display device includes: a back plate and a diffuser disposed opposite to back plate; backlight module further comprising a plurality of light-emitting units, disposed between back plate and diffuser; each of light-emitting units comprising a light-guiding strip, fixed to back plate and light source, fixed and disposed on back plate opposite to one end of light-guiding strip; wherein light-guiding strip comprising a light-emitting surface and a bottom surface, disposed oppositely to each other; light-emitting surface having an arc cross-section and a top being convex facing bottom surface; light-emitting surface being for uniformly diffusing incident light from light source. Through disposing light-guiding strips for diffusing incident light from light source, the invention can achieve higher luminance with less number of light sources and reduce cost.

Backlight module and liquid crystal display

The present invention provides a light guide plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The light guide plate includes a light guide plate body and ink dots printed on a surface of the light guide plate body. The ink dots contain an antistatic agent. The manufacturing method of the light guide plate includes (1) providing a light guide plate body; (2) providing an ink and an antistatic agent ad mixing the antistatic agent in the ink; and (3) printing the ink that contains the antistatic agent on a surface of the light guide plate body to form the ink dots. The antistatic agent contained in the ink dots helps suppressing static electricity generated on the light guide plate so as to eliminate mura caused by electrostatic attraction.
