A distance detection method, a distance detection system and a computer program product are provided. The method includes: comparing a street view image with a real-time image according to a first distance; determining a distance between a vehicle and a target position in response to the comparison result of the street view image and the real-time image; and outputting the distance between the vehicle and the target position to prompt a user of the vehicle.

A method, an image processing device, and a system for generating a disparity map are proposed. The method includes the following steps. Images of a specific scene are captured by two image sensors to generate two original images. A shrinking process is performed on the two original images to generate two shrunk images. A shrunk disparity map is generated by using the two shrunk images. A magnifying process is performed on the shrunk disparity map to generate a magnified disparity map. Whether each magnified disparity value of the magnified disparity map is reliable is determined so as to accordingly generate a refined disparity map.

A free space positioning method for estimating an attitude angle of an object in a free space includes: capturing an image of a light source module that includes four light sources to generate a to-be-judged image; analyzing coordinates of the light sources in the to-be-judged image to obtain to-be-judged information; comparing the to-be-judged information with pre-stored light source orientation data to obtain candidate light source orientation data; and estimating an attitude angle of the object according to a pre-stored attitude angle corresponding to each of the candidate light source orientation data.
