Disclosed by present disclosure are a self-powered power supply drive circuit and a self-powered power supply drive chip. The self-powered power supply drive circuit includes a charging detection circuit, a current sampling switch tube, a charging switch tube, a sampling circuit and a control circuit. The drive tube and current sampling switch tube, which are connected in series, are connected between the input power supply and the ground. The current sampling switch tube is switched off and the charging switch tube is switched on during the pre-switching-off stage, such that the current which flows through the drive tube during the pre-switching-off stage is used to charge the energy storage circuit. The charging time is in the pre-switching-off stage, which never affects the normal switching cycle of the drive tube itself and the normal output of energy. Moreover, this way of charging does not require any additional auxiliary coil winding.

The primary and secondary transistor have been completely switched on, and the drive current of the secondary transistor never depend on the primary transistor, so the voltage at the input terminal of the secondary transistor can be smaller than the voltage at the control terminal of the secondary transistor. Such that the switching-on power loss is reduced.

Disclosed are a Darlington transistor drive circuit, a Darlington transistor drive method implemented based on such Darlington transistor drive circuit, and a constant current switching power supply including such Darlington transistor drive circuit. The Darlington transistor drive circuit includes a drive current circuit, two switch units, and a drive control circuit used for controlling the two switch units to be switched off during the switching-on cycle of the Darlington transistor and to be switched on during a switching-off cycle of the Darlington transistor, and for changing an equivalent resistance of the two switch units at different stages during the switching- off cycle of the Darlington transistor. The switching-off time delay of the Darlington transistor is greatly reduced while achieving the EMI optimization. In additional, the switch loss of Darlington transistor is small when it is switched off, and the efficiency is improved.

Package device for liquid crystal panel

A flat panel display device comprising a backboard and a display panel fitted therewith is provided. The edge of the backboard is structured as a barrier wall extending perpendicular to the body of the backboard. A stepped groove is arranged on the interior face of the barrier wall for supporting the display panel and forming accommodating space between the display panel and the body of the backboard. The stepped groove extends from an outer end of the barrier wall towards the body of the backboard, and the depth of the stepped groove is consistent with the thickness of the display panel. The backboard is made of plastic plate containing a enhancing element. The flat panel display device according to the present disclosure can be designed as a light and thin display device with no frame, and thus is suitable for making an all-in-one machine.

The present invention discloses a frame for holding a display panel. The frame includes a number of side frames and at least one rotating part. The side frames are connected end to end to form an enclosed frame for accommodating the display panel. The side frame defines at least one cutout extending along a longitudinal direction of the side frame. The rotating part is received in the cutout and is rotatably connected to the side frame via a rotating axis extending along the longitudinal direction of the side frame. The display panel is assembled in the enclosed frame via the rotating part. The present invention further provides a display device having the frame.

The invention provides a backlight module, including: an optical plate and an optical film, wherein at least one edge of optical film being disposed with a protruding ear, protruding ear having a via hole; backlight module further comprising at least a hanging element; wherein a side of the optical plate corresponding to edge of optical film with protruding ear being fixedly connected to hanging element; optical film being disposed on top of optical plate and via hole hanging on hanging element so as to fasten optical film. The backlight module improves the fix reliability of optical plate and prevents from arching up caused by thermal expansion. Because optical plate and optical film expand simultaneously due to heat, the wavy curve of the optical film is avoided and optical quality is improved. The present invention also discloses a liquid crystal display device with the backlight module.

A liquid crystal module is disclosed. The liquid crystal module includes a back plate having a vertical plate, a plastic frame arranged on the vertical plate for supporting the liquid crystal glass, a connecting assembly and a front frame. A lateral side of the connecting assembly abuts against an edge of the liquid crystal glass. The front frame arranged above the connecting assembly is fixed with the connecting assembly. The front frame covers a rim of the liquid crystal glass. The relative location of the front frame and the liquid crystal glass can be easily adjusted via the connecting assembly. In addition, the displacement of the display area resulting from assembly errors is avoided. As such, the display area and the exposed black matrix remain consistent.

A method for manufacturing a light-emitting device is provided, including: providing a base, which includes a heat dissipation layer made of graphene; forming a buffer layer on the heat dissipation layer; and forming a light emission unit on the buffer layer. A back frame including at least two main pieces is disclosed. The adjacent main pieces are assembled via assembly sections, and a plurality of anchor points are arranged on different locations of each of the assembly sections. The size of the back frame is variably configured by assembling the adjacent main pieces through different anchor points.
