A display device includes pixels, each of the pixels including light emitting parts disposed in a first direction; pixel circuits including storage capacitors disposed in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a scan line extending in the first direction between the storage capacitors; a sub-scan line electrically connected to the scan line and extending in the second direction; and connection lines that electrically connect the light emitting parts and the pixel circuits and do not overlap the sub-scan line in a plan view.

A display device includes a conductive layer including a first voltage line and a second voltage line extending in a first direction; an interlayer insulating layer on the conductive layer and including a plurality of contact holes that expose parts of the conductive layer; a plurality of first-type electrodes on the interlayer insulating layer and electrically connected to the conductive layer through the plurality of contact holes, a plurality of second-type electrodes on the interlayer insulating layer and extending in the first direction, a plurality of light-emitting elements on pairs of the first-type and the second-type electrodes that are spaced from each other in the second direction; first-type contact electrodes on the first-type electrodes and in contact with the light-emitting elements; and second-type contact electrodes on the second-type electrodes and in contact with the light-emitting elements, each of the second-type contact electrodes includes contact electrode extensions on the second-type electrodes.

A display device includes a first voltage line and a second voltage line extending in a first direction and spaced apart from each other in a second direction, a data line disposed between the first voltage line and the second voltage lines and extending in the first direction, a first electrode extending in the first direction and electrically connected to the first voltage line, a second electrode extending in the first direction and electrically connected to the second voltage line, light emitting elements on the first electrode and the second electrode, and a first connection pattern layer spaced apart from the first electrode and the second electrode and electrically connected to the first voltage line, and a second connection pattern layer electrically connected to the data line. A display device may include first signal lines arranged in a display area, and extending in a first direction, pixels arranged in the display area, and respectively connected to the first signal lines, first pads located in a first pad area at a side of the display area in the first direction, and arranged along a second direction, first lines extending along the first direction to the display area from the first pad area, and respectively connected to the first pads, and second lines arranged in the display area, and respectively connecting the first lines to the first signal lines, wherein the display area includes a first sub-display area corresponding to the first pad area, and a second sub-display area adjacent the first sub-display area, and wherein the first lines are arranged only in the first sub-display area among the first and second sub-display areas.

A display device includes a first electrode extending in a first direction, a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode in a second direction, light emitting elements that are disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode, a first connection electrode electrically connected to a first end of the light emitting elements, and a second connection electrode electrically connected to a second end of the light emitting elements. The first connection electrode includes a first main portion disposed on the first electrode and in electrical contact with the light emitting elements, a first bypass portion partially spaced apart from the first main portion, and first connection portions electrically connecting the first main portion to the first bypass portion.

A display device includes a substrate including a display area in which pixels are located, and a non-display area, first and second electrodes in the display area and spaced from each other, light emitting elements between the first and second electrodes, connection electrodes electrically connected to the light emitting elements, a fan-out line electrically connected to the pixels in the non-display area, a first pad electrode on the fan-out line, a pad connection electrode on the fan-out line and the first pad electrode, and electrically connecting the fan-out line and the first pad electrode, and a second pad electrode at a same layer as at least one of the connection electrodes, and contacting the first pad electrode.

A display device includes a base layer including a display area and a non-display area, an emission unit including a first electrode electrically connected to a first driving power source, a second electrode electrically connected to a second driving power source, and a light-emitting element disposed between first and second electrodes, a first transistor including a first terminal electrically connected to the first driving power source, a second terminal electrically connected to the first electrode of the emission unit, and a gate electrode electrically connected to a first node, a second transistor including a first terminal electrically connected to a data line, a second terminal electrically connected to the first node, and a gate electrode electrically connected to a scan line, and an electrostatic discharge circuit disposed in the display area and disposed between the first driving power source and the data line.

A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, a plurality of pixels being located in the display area, a driver located in the non-display area, a data line electrically connected to the driver to transmit a data signal to each of the plurality of pixels, a first driving voltage line and a second driving voltage line in the non-display area, and an antistatic portion in the non-display area and connected between the data line and the first driving voltage line. The display area further includes at least one first area electrically connected to one side of the driver and at least one second area electrically connected to another side of the driver. In addition, the non-display area includes a first non-display area corresponding to the first area and a second non-display area corresponding to the second area.

A scan signal driver includes: stages to sequentially output scan signals in an active period, and to selectively output sensing signals in a vertical blank period. At least one of the stages includes: a sensing control circuit to supply a gate-on voltage to a sensing control node in response to a holding control signal during the active period, and to output the gate-on voltage of the sensing control node in response to a selectively input line select signal during the vertical blank period; an output node control circuit to supply the gate-on voltage to a pull-up node when the gate-on voltage of the sensing control node is output during the vertical blank period; and an output circuit to output a scan clock signal as a sensing signal to one of scan signal lines when the gate-on voltage is supplied to the pull-up node during the vertical blank period.

Scan signal driver and display device including the same

A display device includes a substrate. A first electrode, a second electrode, and a third electrode are on the substrate, and are sequentially arranged along a first direction. A first light emitting element is located between the first electrode and the second electrode. A second light emitting element is located between the second electrode and the third electrode. A first contact electrode overlaps the first electrode and one end of the first light emitting element, and is in contact with the first electrode and the one end of the first light emitting element. A second contact electrode overlaps and is in contact with the other end of the first light emitting element. A third contact electrode overlaps and is in contact with the second electrode and the other end of the second light emitting element. The second contact electrode extends while detouring the third contact electrode.

A pixel includes a plurality of transistors, a storage capacitor, and an organic light emitting diode. A first transistor controls the amount of current from a first driving power source to the organic light emitting diode based on a data voltage. A second transistor is connected to a data line and is turned on based on a scan signal. A third transistor coupled to the first transistor and is turned on based on the scan signal. A first stabilizing transistor is coupled to the third transistor or between the first and third transistors and is turned off when the third transistor is turned off.
