A terahertz wave detection chip includes a substrate and at least one detection structure. The detection structure is disposed on a surface of the substrate. The detection structure includes a metamaterial layer and a hydrophilic layer, and the hydrophilic layer is disposed on the metamaterial layer.

Terahertz wave detection chip and terahertz wave detection system

A microfluidic sensor chip includes a body comprising a substrate and an upper cover, and the upper cover having at least one opening, at least one microfluidic channel formed on the substrate and has a supporting surface, wherein the at least one microfluidic channel communicates with the at least one opening, and a metamaterial layer coated on the supporting surface, wherein the metamaterial layer has a plurality of regions, and each region has a corresponding resonance pattern. The present disclosure further provides a measuring system for microfluidic sensor chip includes a carrying board, a plurality of the microfluidic sensor chips, a transmitter emitting a terahertz wave corresponding to the resonance pattern of one of the microfluidic sensor chips, a receiver receiving a reflected wave corresponding to the terahertz wave, and a processor receiving the reflected wave from the processor, and determining a testing sample characteristic according to the reflected wave.

Microfluidic sensor chip and measuring system thereof

A measuring method includes the following. An image to be tested of an object to be tested with a first characteristic pattern is formed and is copied to form multiple images to be tested. The multiple images to be tested are superimposed to form a to-be-tested overlapped image which has the multiple first characteristic patterns. A reference image of a reference object with a second characteristic pattern is formed and is copied to form multiple reference images. The multiple reference images are superimposed to form a reference overlapped image which has the multiple second characteristic patterns. The to-be-tested overlapped image and the reference overlapped image are superimposed to generate a virtual moir&#xe9; image having a moir&#xe9; pattern different from the multiple first characteristic patterns and the multiple second characteristic patterns.

Measuring method

The disclosure provides a calibration assembly for a scan device. The calibration assembly includes a plurality of light-permeable plates and a reflection plate. The light-permeable plates are different in size, and the light-permeable plates are arranged along thicknesses directions thereof to form a step shape. The light-permeable plates define a plurality of light-permeable areas that respectively have different numbers of layers of the light-permeable plates inversely proportional to transmittances of the light-permeable areas. The light-permeable areas are configured to be permeable to a light having a predetermined frequency. The reflection plate is disposed at a side of one of the light-permeable plates in the thickness direction thereof. The reflection plate has a plurality of first holes having different sizes, and the reflection plate is configured to block the light having the predetermined frequency. The disclosure also provides a calibration system having the calibration assembly.

The disclosed embodiments relate to a photovoltaic mobile lab configured for performing on-site test in a photovoltaic module. The photovoltaic mobile lab includes a transport vehicle, a first container, a second container, and a light source. The first container is fixed on the transport vehicle. The second container is slidably sleeved on the first container. The second container and the first container together form a testing chamber. The light source is configured for providing illumination to the photovoltaic module. The light source and the photovoltaic module are respectively accommodated in the first container and the second container and are respectively located at two opposite ends of the testing chamber so that a distance between the light source and the photovoltaic module is changeable while the second container is sliding with respect to the first container.

The sensor component includes a substrate, a porous membrane, and a metal layer disposed between the substrate and the porous membrane. A gas measurement method is also provided.

A solar cell testing system including a lower electrode, a solar cell, an encapsulation material, a sodium-containing template, an upper electrode, a voltage source and a measuring circuit is provided. The solar cell is disposed on the lower electrode. The encapsulation material is disposed on the solar cell. The sodium-containing template is disposed on the encapsulation material, wherein the sodium-containing template has a sodium ion content ranging between 9-39%. The upper electrode is disposed on the sodium-containing template. The voltage source is connected between the upper electrode and the lower electrode. The measuring circuit is connected between the solar cell and the lower electrode for measuring a shunt resistance of the solar cell.

Solar cell testing system and testing method thereof

A signal processing method and a signal processing system are provided to convert optical or electric signals by an effective circuit to have an increased dynamic contrast and reduced noises. The signal processing system includes an analog signal processing module and a digital signal processing module. When an optical signal of an object-to-be-detected is strong, an image-to-be-detected is obtained by an analog signal processing method. When the optical signal of the object-to-be-detected is weak, the image-to-be-detected is obtained by a digital signal processing method after background noises are filtered out.

Signal processing system and method thereof

A tunable terahertz achromatic wave plate including at least three phase retarders and a tuning device is provided. The at least three phase retarders are sequentially arranged along a first direction, and configured to provide an achromatic range in a terahertz band, so as to reduce a chromatic aberration of a terahertz wave through the tunable terahertz achromatic wave plate in the achromatic range. The at least three phase retarders respectively include a liquid crystal cell. The tuning device is configured to tune a liquid crystal orientation angle of the liquid crystal cell, so as to correspondingly change a birefringence of the at least three phase retarders in the terahertz band. The terahertz wave through the tunable terahertz achromatic wave plate has same phase retardation in the achromatic range. The achromatic range in the terahertz band is determined according to the birefringence of the at least three phase retarders.

Tunable terahertz achromatic wave plate and a terahertz achromatic range tuning method

A measuring apparatus for solar cell is provided, which is configured to measure a solar cell to obtain a characteristic curve thereof. The measuring apparatus includes a signal measurement control circuit and a signal transmitting control circuit. The signal measurement control circuit is configured to output at least one control signal for controlling a resistance circuit thereof to provide a measurement loading. The signal transmitting control circuit includes at least one path separating circuit, each path separating circuit is configured to provide at least two signal transmitting paths with different signal transmitting directions. The signal measurement control circuit outputs the control signal to the resistance circuit by using the signal transmitting control circuit, so that the resistance circuit can be controlled to provide the measurement loading.

A magnetic capacitor element is provided. The magnetic capacitor element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer, a magnetic layer and an oxide layer. The second electrode is disposed opposite to the first electrode. The first dielectric layer is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The second dielectric layer is disposed between the first dielectric layer and the second electrode. The magnetic layer is disposed between the second electrode and the second dielectric layer. The oxide layer is disposed between the second dielectric layer and the magnetic layer.

A carrier concentration measuring method and an apparatus thereof including a focuser, a spectrometer and a processor are disclosed. The measuring method includes the following steps. Project a laser beam to an object. Analyze a Raman signal, obtained from a radiation propagating from the object projected by the laser beam, to obtain a measurement result of the object. Analyze the measurement result to obtain an intensity ratio or a Raman shift. Look up a carrier concentration of the object in a database according to the intensity ratio or the Raman shift.
