The present invention relates to a vane-type rotary machine suitable for use in applications where a low-viscosity fluid such as water is used as a working fluid. According to the present invention, a vane-type rotary machine having a rotor () mounted with vanes and rotatably housed in a cam casing () includes a motor supply opening (or pump discharge opening) () for a working fluid, a motor return opening (or pump suction opening) () formed in the cam casing for a working fluid, and branch flow passages (and) branched from the motor supply opening (or pump discharge opening) and the motor return opening (or the pump suction opening) and communicating with vane chambers (and). The distances of the branch flow passages are identical to each other.

Vane type rotary machine

A hydraulic drive system that does not cause a decrease in efficiency of actuators, does not hinder an optimal action of devices such as flow adjustment valves, and does not cause any corrosion of water acting as an operating fluid. The system uses water as an operating fluid. Hydraulic drive system

A solenoid has a cylindrical excitation coil and a plunger movable in the excitation coil and generates electromagnetic force to move the plunger when an electric current is supplied to the excitation coil. A cover for closing a side of a plunger compartment accommodating the plunger is provided with upper and lower through-holes communicatively extending through the cover from the outside of the solenoid to the plunger compartment. The uppermost part of the upper through-hole is above or level with the uppermost part of the plunger compartment. The lowermost part of the lower through-hole is below or level with the lowermost part of the plunger compartment.

Elevation and index apparatus of water hydraulic driven type

A hydraulic servovalve controls the direction of flow of a working fluid and a flow rate of a working fluid between a plurality of ports. The hydraulic servovalve includes a spool axially movably disposed in a valve body for changing a direction of a working fluid and varying a flow rate of the working fluid, a sleeve disposed in the valve body and having a spool hole for housing the spool, a pair of hydrostatic bearings disposed in the sleeve around respective opposite end portions of the spool, and a plurality of windows defined in the sleeve as control orifices for controlling a flow rate of a working fluid. The hydraulic servovalve further includes a fluid passageway communicating between the supply port and the control port through one of the windows, and a fluid passageway communicating between the control port and the return port through the other of the windows.
