A method to validate delivery of a document using a non-repudiation protocol and a time-based one time password (TOTP) for encryption is described. The method includes a one-time registration of an application with a trusted third party, wherein the trusted third party provides a seed to a first device of a first user. The first user receives and accepts a document from a second user. The first device generates the TOTP based on the seed. Using the TOTP as an encryption key, the first device computes a current hash. The delivery of the document can be validated by a second device of a second user based on a comparison of the current clock time and GPS coordinates (optional) of first device as compared to the associated values of the second device. The second device stores the document, first device's computed hash, and current clock time.

Non-repudiation protocol using time-based one-time password (TOTP)

Provided herein are methods and systems for customizing user devices at the chipset level. Adjustments in BSP-chipset level parameters of the user devices may be performed depending on operating conditions of the user devices. Audio recording samples as well as other sensed conditions may be analyzed to determine a pre-loaded condition which causes self-adjustment of BSP-chipset level parameters of the user device. BSP-chipset level parameters may include any of a screen brightness, LED blinking behavior, LED color, speaker volume, microphone gain, noise cancellation, echo cancellation, battery performance, keypad mapping, touch screen calibration, Wi-Fi profile, WWAN carrier selection, scanner beep volume, the like, and combinations thereof.

Real time device customization apparatus and methods of performing the same

A battery powered mobile device has battery monitoring circuit that measures one or more parameters indicative of a current state of the battery. A plurality of operational systems and processes form a part of the mobile device. A programmed processor is programmed to carry out a process that includes: determining a current state of the battery by receiving data representing the one or more parameters from the battery monitoring circuit indicative of the current state of the battery; calculating a battery power factor as a function of the parameter; comparing the battery power factor to a threshold; when the battery power factor exceeds the threshold, identifying a system or process within the mobile device whose power consumption can be reduced; and reducing the power consumption by altering or disabling the identified system or process.
