A system, method, and computer-readable media for compliance tracking and remediation across a data sharing platform is provided. One method includes enabling a security tool and monitoring, via the security tool using at least one API, a website of an experience provider accessed by one or more user devices. Further the method includes detecting, via the security tool, a noncompliance event based on content accessed by the one or more user devices and served by the experience provider that is noncompliant with at least one data sharing preference and providing, using the at least one API, a pop-up on a graphical user interface (GUI) of a client application. Further the method includes receiving a remediation selection and remediating, via the security tool using the at least one API, the detected noncompliance event according to the remediation selection based on executing an API call.

A method for distributing user data and permission settings is provided. The method includes receiving user inputs that identify at least one experience provider for data sharing and at least one data sharing preference of the user, configuring a rules engine of the platform computing system with rules based on the user inputs where the rules engine is configured to apply rules to implement data sharing preferences of the user, receiving a request for data of the user, transmitting the request for data of the user, receiving the applicable data of the user, providing the applicable data of the user, determining an amount of funds received from the experience provider and due to the user, and crediting an account associated with the user in the amount of the funds due to the user.

Systems and methods for personal information and preference storage, permissioning, and sharing

A system includes a processing circuit including one or more processors coupled to non-transitory memory. The processing circuit is configured to: store a cookie associated with a user device of a user; receive a prefetch request based on the cookie for account information in advance of a user request for the account information; identify the user based on the stored cookie; verify the identity of the user based on a received credential regarding the user; perform asynchronous data gathering by receiving data intermittently over one or more network nodes to retrieve the account information based on the prefetch request and the verification of the identity of the user; and provide account information to an active cache of the user device that proactively updates stored account information. The account information is stored in the active cache of the user device for later retrieval.

Systems and methods for continuous availability of account information

Techniques are described that include detecting customer personal information within any appropriate set of data, such as customer communications produced by customer-facing services offered by an organization. Once detected, the customer personal information may be tokenized within the customer communications, making the data appropriate for external systems, such as cloud-hosted applications. The disclosed techniques include a masking service that may be plugged into an on-premises pipeline of any customer-facing service that makes requests to an off-premises, cloud-hosted application. The masking service may apply rule-based detection and/or machine learning-based detection to detect both structured and unstructured customer personal information included in customer communications. The masking service may further tokenize or otherwise obfuscate or replace the detected customer personal information. The tokenized customer communications may then be included in the requests to the cloud-hosted application or otherwise transmitted to external systems without exposing the customer personal information.

Protecting customer personal information in application pipeline

A system includes a first application programming interface (API), a second API, and a third API. The first API is configured to receive an input to configure a data sharing permission for a data sharing service. The second API is configured to gather data of a user and receive, from a plurality of experience providers, an API response containing data of the user, and aggregate the data of the user. The processing circuit is configured to receive a request for account information. The account information relates to an account of a user. A method for compliance tracking and remediation across a data sharing platform is provided. The method comprises receiving, by a computing system associated with a platform provider, an input of a user to enable a data security tool of the platform provider, enabling, by the computing system, the data security tool, cataloging, by the computing system and via the data security tool, content accessed by the user and associated with an experience provider, detecting, by the computing system, a noncompliance event, the noncompliance event based on content accessed by the user and served by the experience provider that is noncompliant with at least one data sharing preference of the user, and remediating, by the computing system, the detected noncompliance event.

A method is provided. The method comprises receiving an input of a user to configure a data sharing permission for a data sharing service of a platform computing system, gathering data of the user, requesting data of the user according to the data held by each experience provider from a plurality, receiving an API response containing the data of the user, aggregating the data of the user gathered from a plurality of computing systems associated with the platform computing system and the data of the user received from the plurality of experience providers, classifying the aggregated data of the user according to a classification scheme, generating a user data corpus comprising the classified data of the user, storing the user data corpus in a user data repository, and providing the user with selectable data categories responsive to the input to configure the data sharing permission.

The system comprises an application programming interface (API) configured to determine a set of advertising categories associated with an experience provider, provide, to a user, the set of advertising categories associated with the experience provider, receive, from the user, a user selection of at least one advertising category from the set of advertising categories, determine a divergence between the set of advertising categories displayed by the experience provider and the user selection of the at least one advertising category, prompt the user to view at least one advertising category displayed by the experience provider and contained in the divergence in exchange for monetary compensation, and receive a selection of the user denoting an agreement to view the at least one advertising category displayed by the experience provider and contained in the divergence in exchange for monetary compensation.

The system comprises a user data repository containing data relating to a plurality of users, a permissions repository containing user profile configuration settings relating to the plurality of users, and a graphical user interface generated by the system and provided over a network.
