A quantum dot composite material and a manufacturing method and an application thereof are provided. The quantum dot composite material includes an all-inorganic perovskite quantum dot and a modification protection on a surface of the all-inorganic perovskite quantum dot. The all-inorganic perovskite quantum dot has a chemical formula of CsPb(ClBrI), wherein 0&#x2264;a&#x2264;1, 0&#x2264;b&#x2264;1.

The present disclosure provides a method for fabricating a phosphor. A first solution is formed by dissolving potassium hexafluorogermanate (KGeF) and either KMnFor KMnOin a hydrofluoric acid solution. An anhydrous ethanol is added to the first solution to make a total concentration of fluoride ions of potassium hexafluorogermanate (KGeF), hydrofluoric acid, and either KMnFor KMnOequal to or less than 48M to form a precipitate. Afterward, the precipitate is collected.

The present invention provides a phosphor with a preferred orientation represented by the following formula: A[MF]:Mn, wherein A is selected from a group consisting of Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, and NH, M is selected from a group consisting of Ge, Si, Sn, Ti, and Zr. The present disclosure provides a light emitting structure including a blue light source, a first fluorescent material layer and a second fluorescent material layer. The blue light source has a light emitting surface. The first fluorescent material layer covers the light emitting surface of the blue light source. An excitation band of the first fluorescent material is in a blue wave band, and an emission band of the first fluorescent material is in a green wave band. The present invention provides a method for fabricating a fluoride phosphor. A first solution is formed by dissolving potassium fluoride (KF) and either KMnFor KMnOin a hydrofluoric acid solution. A second solution is formed by mixing a surfactant and a silane. The first solution and the second solution are mixed to form a precipitate. The precipitate is collected after the first solution and the second solution are mixed. The present invention also provides a fluoride phosphor represented by the following formula: K[SiF]:Mn. The fluoride phosphor has a particle size in a range of about 1 &#x3bc;m to about 10 &#x3bc;m. The present invention further provides a light-emitting apparatus and backlight module employing the same.

A light emitting device is provided to produce white light with a stable correlated color temperature and stable color coordinates. The light emitting device includes a blue LED chip and a yellow phosphor. The blue LED chip has a peak wavelength X slightly smaller than the peak wavelength Y of the phosphor such that when the light emitting device is subjected to a predetermined operating current, the phosphor decays due to thermal effect, and the LED chip has its emission spectrum red-shifted to substantially match with the excitation spectrum of the phosphor. At this time, the excitation ability of the LED chip is increased and causes an increase of yellow power output from the phosphor that substantially compensates a decrease of yellow light output caused by the phosphor.

LED package structure

A light-emitting diode (LED) packaging structure having low angular correlated color temperature deviation includes: a substrate, a LED chip, a phosphor body, and a transparent lens. The LED chip is disposed on the substrate, and the phosphor body includes a hemisphere body and an extension part extended from the bottom of the hemisphere body. The phosphor body is disposed on the substrate and covers the LED chip. Besides, the transparent lens is disposed outside the phosphor body to cover the phosphor body to increase light extraction efficiency. With the implementation of the present invention, the setup of the extension part makes a longer vertical distance between the LED chip and the top of the phosphor body, so that the light in the normal direction of the LED chip can have a longer optical length, thereby to reduce the angular correlated color temperature deviation.

A waveguide has a hollow center. The waveguide has dielectric tubes which have a geometric arrangement, like a triangle-lattice arrangement. A laser transmitted in the waveguide is confined and is emitted out with a narrow expending angle. Hence, the laser is emitted straightly forwarded and has a low power loss. The present invention is suitable for using in a high-power laser and obtaining a directive microwave.
