A full-area touch device includes a bottom plate including a bottom plate periphery, a touch unit, a resilient unit, and a supporting unit. The touch unit is disposed above the bottom plate, and includes a touch pad, a circuit board, and a pushbutton switch disposed on the circuit board. The resilient unit includes a positioning region, a peripheral edge surrounding the positioning region, and a connecting frame subunit and a slot region disposed and located between the positioning region and the peripheral edge. The slot region has a contour greater than that of the bottom plate periphery. The slot region surrounds the positioning region. The connecting frame subunit is bent relative to the positioning region when the touch unit is pressed. The supporting unit includes a fixing frame subunit and supporting members connected to the fixing frame subunit and extending across the slot region.

Full-area touch device

A waterproof click pad device includes a click pad, a frame and a waterproof unit. The frame surrounds the click pad and surrounds an axis passing through the click pad. The waterproof unit is transverse to the axis and is in sheet form. The waterproof unit includes a frame adhesive member surrounding the axis and adhered to the frame, a first non-adhesive member surrounding the axis, connected to an inner periphery of the frame adhesive member and spaced apart from and located above the frame, a second non-adhesive member surrounding the axis, connected to an inner periphery of the first non-adhesive member and spaced apart from and located above the click pad and the frame, and an plate adhesive member connected to an inner periphery of the second non-adhesive member and adhered to the click pad.

Mounting frame for touchpads

A touchpad press device includes a support unit having two first sides interconnecting between two second sides, and first engaging members proximate to the second sides. A touch unit with a touch switch is disposed above the support unit, and a transmission unit is disposed between the support unit and the touch unit. The transmission unit includes peripheral plates, each of which is disposed above one of the second sides and has second engaging members, and a pressing plate to trigger the touch switch. When one of the peripheral plates is pressed downward through the touch unit, the other peripheral plate turns upward so that the second engaging members thereof engage the respective first engaging members to limit the other peripheral plate from moving further upward.

Omnidirectional touchpad press device

A touch input device includes a frame unit, a circuit unit and a touch pad. The circuit unit includes a circuit board, a dome-shaped actuating member including an actuating portion and a resilient metal sheet connected between the actuating portion and the circuit board, and a noise reduction member having a main body connected to the resilient metal sheet, made of an elastic material and formed with a recess surrounding the actuating portion. A touch surface of the touch pad is touchable to push the circuit unit toward the block member, such that the actuating portion contacts the block member to deform the resilient metal sheet to electrically connect the actuating portion with the circuit board.

Touch input device

A touch input device includes a base board, a circuit module having a free end portion and a connecting end portion, a metallic connecting member and an annular, metallic frame. The connecting member includes a positioning portion fixedly mounted to the connecting end portion of the circuit module, and an elastic arm extending from the positioning portion away from the connecting end portion and toward a free end portion in such a way to define a coupling groove that indents away therefrom. The frame is spaced apart from the circuit module and includes a coupling portion that is embossed from a side of the frame proximate to the connecting member, and that has a coupling block coupled to the coupling groove of the elastic arm.

A touch input device includes a base board, an upper board, and a touch unit. The base board has an elongate opening having opposite opening ends respectively defined by two end walls. The upper board is disposed on and above the base board and includes a touched sensing member. The touch unit is mounted to the base board and includes two positioning seats, a contact element, and two resilient arms. The positioning seats respectively abut against the end walls. The contact element corresponding in position to the touched sensing member is disposed. Each resilient arm interconnects the contact element and a respective one of the positioning seats.

A touch input device includes a base board unit, a movable board unit, an actuating member and a noise reduction member. The base board unit has a distal end portion. The movable board unit overlaps and is connected to the base board unit, and has a free end portion movable toward or away from the distal end portion of the base board unit. The actuating unit includes a switch protruding from the free end portion and extending into the noise reduction member, and an actuating member protruding from the distal end portion. The noise reduction member is compressed by the distal end portion when the free end portion moves to the position adjacent to the distal end portion for the actuating member to actuate the switch.

To provide a method of producing a uniaxially stretched polytetrafluoroethylene gasket tape, which comprises: (1) a step for preparing a paste comprising a mixture of a polytetrafluoroethylene powder obtained by emulsion polymerization and an extrusion aid, (2) a step for extruding the paste by means of an extruder equipped with a die which has plural separators inside an orifice thereof having a rectangular cross section, (3) a step for rolling, in the extruding direction, an extrudate having slit lines to give a rolled polytetrafluoroethylene sheet, (4) a step for uniaxially stretching the rolled sheet in the rolling direction after removing the extrusion aid from the rolled sheet, and (5) a step for heat-treating the obtained uniaxially stretched polytetrafluoroethylene sheet. The die of the extruder has plural sheet-like separators in the orifice thereof having a rectangular cross section. The separators are mounted so that free ends thereof are located at a point exceeding a center point of a long side of the orifice, and function to provide slit lines inside the extrudate in parallel with the long side of the orifice. The high performance inexpensive PTFE gasket tape is produced by the uniaxially stretching method and has properties equal to those of biaxially stretched PTFE gasket tape.
