An amplifier circuit includes an amplifier for generating an amplified input signal according to an input signal, and an attenuator circuit coupled to the amplifier. The attenuator circuit includes an input terminal for receiving the input signal or the amplified input signal, an output terminal, a reference voltage terminal, a zeroth resistor-switch circuit, a first resistor-switch circuit, and a second resistor-switch circuit. The zeroth resistor-switch circuit includes a first terminal coupled to the input terminal, a second terminal coupled to the output terminal, a zeroth switch coupled to the first terminal of the zeroth resistor-switch circuit and the second terminal of the zeroth resistor-switch circuit, a zeroth resistor coupled between the first terminal of the zeroth resistor-switch circuit and the second terminal of the zeroth resistor-switch circuit, a first resistor coupled between the zeroth resistor and the second terminal of the zeroth resistor-switch circuit, and a first switch.

Gain-adjustable amplifier circuit

An amplifier circuit having an adjustable gain is provided. The amplifier circuit includes an input terminal, an output terminal, an amplifier, and an attenuation circuit. The input terminal receives an input signal, which is in turn received by an input terminal of the amplifier. An output terminal of the amplifier outputs the input signal that is amplified. The attenuation circuit is coupled between the output terminal of the amplifier and the output terminal to provide a plurality of attenuation to the input signal that is amplified and generate a first attenuation signal, or between the input terminal and the output terminal to provide the plurality of attenuations to the input signal and generate a second attenuation signal. A difference between an impedance value of the input terminal of the attenuation circuit and an impedance value of the output terminal of the attenuation circuit is within a predetermined range.

Amplifier circuit having adjustable gain

An amplifier circuit includes an input terminal used to receive an input signal, an output terminal used to output an output signal, an amplification unit, and a phase adjustment unit. The amplification unit includes an input terminal coupled to the input terminal of the amplifier circuit, an output terminal coupled to the output terminal of the amplifier circuit, a first terminal coupled to a first voltage terminal, and a second terminal coupled to a second voltage terminal. The phase adjustment unit is coupled to the amplification unit. When the amplifier circuit is operated in a first mode, the output signal has a first phase, and when the amplifier circuit is operated in a second mode, the output signal has a second phase. A difference between the first phase and the second phase is within a predetermined range.

Amplifier circuit

An amplifier circuit includes a first amplifier and a second amplifier. The first amplifier receives a first signal and generates a first amplification signal accordingly. The second amplifier receives a second signal and generates a second amplification signal accordingly. The first signal is related to a first frequency band, and the second signal is related to a second frequency band different from the first frequency band. When one of the first amplifier and the second amplifier is in use, the other one of the first amplifier and the second amplifier is unused. The first amplifier and second amplifier are coupled to a reference voltage terminal through a common node. The first amplifier includes a switch coupled between the common node and a stage of the first amplifier, and the switch can be controlled for reducing the loading effect caused by the first amplifier on the second amplifier.

The frequency detector includes a first impedance circuit and a second impedance circuit. The first impedance circuit has a first terminal for receiving an input signal, and a second terminal for outputting a divisional signal. The second impedance circuit has a first terminal coupled to the second terminal of the first impedance circuit, and a second terminal coupled to a first system voltage terminal. The frequency response of the first impedance circuit is different from a frequency response of the second impedance circuit. The resistance of the first impedance circuit, a resistance of the second impedance circuit, and the divisional signal change with a frequency of the input signal.

Radio frequency circuit

An amplification device includes an amplification circuit, an inductor, a regulator, and a impedance circuit. The amplification circuit has an input terminal for receiving a radio frequency signal, and an output terminal for outputting an amplified radio frequency signal. The inductor has a first terminal, and a second terminal coupled to the output terminal of the amplification circuit. The regulator is coupled to the first terminal of the inductor and generates a steady voltage and/or a steady current. The impedance circuit has a first terminal coupled to the output terminal of the amplification circuit, and a second terminal coupled to a first system voltage terminal. The impedance circuit provides a low frequency impedance path to suppress a beat frequency signal in the amplified radio frequency signal.

Amplification device

An amplifier circuit includes an output terminal, an amplification unit and a switch. The output terminal is used to output an amplification signal. The amplification unit includes a first transistor and a second transistor. The first transistor includes a control terminal for receiving a first input signal, a first terminal coupled to the output terminal for outputting an amplified first input signal, and a second terminal. The second transistor includes a control terminal for receiving a second input signal, a first terminal coupled to the output terminal for outputting an amplified second input signal, and a second terminal. The switch includes a first terminal coupled to the second terminal of the first transistor, and a second terminal. The amplification signal is generated using at least the amplified first input signal and/or the amplified second input signal.

An amplification device includes an amplification circuit and a protection circuit. The amplification circuit includes a transistor having a first terminal for outputting an amplified radio frequency signal, a second terminal, and a control terminal coupled to the input terminal of the amplification circuit for receiving a radio frequency signal to be amplified. The protection circuit has a first terminal coupled to the output terminal or the input terminal of the amplification circuit, and a second terminal. The protection circuit includes a switch and a first voltage clamping unit. The switch unit is turned on or turned off according to a control signal. The first voltage clamping unit is coupled to the switch unit for clamping a voltage at the first terminal of the protection circuit within a predetermined region when the switch unit is turned on.

A control circuit with a bypass function includes a first signal terminal, a second signal terminal, an output terminal, a first switch unit to a fourth switch unit, an output switch unit and a bypass unit. The first signal terminal is used for receiving a first signal. The second signal terminal is used for receiving a second signal. The first switch unit is coupled to the first signal terminal. The second switch unit is coupled between the first switch unit and the output switch unit. The third switch unit is coupled to the second signal terminal. The fourth switch unit is coupled between the third switch unit and the output switch unit. The output switch unit is coupled between the second switch unit and the output terminal. The bypass unit is coupled between the first switch unit and the output terminal to provide a bypass path corresponding to the first signal.

Control circuit with bypass function

A switch device includes a common terminal and a selection circuit. The selection circuit includes a primary switch, a first secondary switch, and a second secondary switch. The primary switch includes a plurality of primary transistors coupled in series and is coupled to the common terminal. The first secondary switch is coupled to the primary switch and a first transmission terminal. The first secondary switch includes a plurality of first secondary transistors coupled in series. The second secondary switch is coupled to the primary switch and a second transmission terminal. The second secondary switch includes a plurality of second secondary transistors coupled in series. The number of the first secondary transistors and the number of the second secondary transistors are both greater than or equal to the number of the primary transistors.

Switch device with a wide bandwidth

An active circuit includes an active element, an input unit, and a bypass unit. The active element is coupled to an output terminal of the active circuit for outputting an output signal. The input unit is coupled to an input terminal of the active circuit, and is coupled to an input terminal of the active element through a node. The input unit adjusts a capacitance value of the input unit according to a first control signal. The bypass unit is coupled to an output terminal of the input unit through the node, and is coupled to the output terminal of the active circuit. The bypass unit turns on or off a signal bypassing path according to a second control signal.

Active circuit capable of preventing impedance from being mismatched in a bypass mode

A single-pole multi-throw switch includes a set of selection switches. The set of selection switches includes a set of primary switches, a first set and a second set of secondary switches. The primary set of switches includes a plurality of primary transistors coupled in series for transmitting radio frequency signals. The first set of secondary switches is coupled to the primary set of switches and includes a plurality of first secondary transistors coupled in series for transmitting the radio frequency signals when the primary transistors and the first secondary transistors are turned on. The second set of secondary switches is coupled to the primary set of switches and includes a plurality of second secondary transistors coupled in series for transmitting the radio frequency signals when the primary transistors and the second secondary transistors are turned on.
